Velocity Truck Rental & Leasing (VTRL) is looking for a Rental Account Manager to join our team for following hours: Monday-Friday between 7:00am-5:00pm!


What You’ll Do:

The Rental Account Manager is responsible for the sales and marketing of Velocity's Commercial Truck Rental product line. The Rental Account Manager is also responsible for the day-to-day operation of the commercial truck rental fleet including fleet utilization and revenue per unit while managing their accounts to the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate for the Rental Account Manager is a results-driven team player who is self-motivated and inspired to exceed expectations. A successful candidate in this position will have creative problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to make sound, profitable decisions.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Actively market the commercial truck rental product line of Velocity Truck Rental & Leasing
  • Develop and execute an effective marketing plan designed to produce measurable results.
  • Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
  • Visit assigned customers. Prospect new customers. Act as a public relations liaison for VTRL
  • Communicate rental needs to inside support people.
  • Meet budget for rental revenue and utilization in your AOR. Meet new business sales goals.
  • Complete prospecting activities to secure first and follow up appointments with decision makers.
  • Schedule and document activities
  • Develop and maintain an awareness of the market behavior and competitive trends and responds accordingly.
  • Regularly meet with Regional Rental Manager/Director of Rental to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals and status of prospective customers


Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ Years of related sales experience preferred.
  • Must maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal skills. Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a high volume fast-paced environment with a customer service focus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must work well independently, as well as within a team environment.


Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $65,000-$70,000 per year (depending on skills and qualifications)

Job Description

The position requires someone who is passionate and wants to be at the heart of culture. Job Summary

The territory sales representative will work closely with peers, Regional Sales Managers, and commercial colleagues to achieve territory, region, and corporate goals.


Essential Job Responsibilities


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Drives sales performance to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain advanced product and disease state expertise to effectively engage Gastroenterologists, Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and office-staff delivering clinically focused messages introducing a new treatment option and overcoming objections.
  • Continuously builds understanding of territory market dynamics and market access opportunities accelerating pull through by effectively communicating with HCPs and office staff.
  • Works closely with Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists (SAS) to effectively develop territory business plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Works with peers, marketing, training, and sales operations driving operational execution and sharing best practices.
  • Meets all administrative management responsibilities including effective use of CRM, and expense reporting.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Two years or more of successful medical sales experience (e.g., dental, medical device, laboratory, diagnostics) or one year pharmaceutical sales experience; GI Specialty experience preferred
  • Proven and consistent track record of success in sales performance
  • Experience launching new products
  • Demonstrated success leveraging all resources (marketing, market access pull through and technology solutions).
  • Proven business acumen and analytical expertise
  • Builds professional relationships with office staff and others in the customer network
  • Demonstrated success in both live and virtual interactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
  • Strong technical skills, computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and digital meeting platforms including Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom etc.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Some territory overnight travel may be required depending on geography
  • Travel to national, regional, and corporate office may be required

We are looking for a proven Quality Control Manager to oversee the quality for our Composites Manufacturing site. To be successful as a Quality control Manager, you should be thorough and always available to assist when needed. Provide the leadership that sets the tone of how things should be done.

You will report to our Senior Quality Director & Continuous improvement, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage all the manufacturing plant quality control activities.
  • Ensure the appropriate execution of all products quality inspections (Incoming, In-process, Final) per inspection plan.
  • Supervise 4 Quality Inspectors, provide guidance and feedback.
  • Monitor manufacturing and quality procedures execution to identify deviations from Quality standards.
  • Determine nonconformities and hold nonconform shipments.
  • Contact Suppliers to share products nonconformities or potential improvements. Follow-up on their corrective actions.
  • Ensure the follow-up of all procedures per Quality system.
  • Cooperate with production, engineering, and QA departments to inquire and solve any quality related issue. In addition, participate in the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvements.
  • Ensure that all new and existent employes are well trained on Quality requirements accordingly per their work position.
  • Create and update Quality control documents as forms, procedures, and supplier quality requirements.
  • Audit the quality system of main Suppliers on site. Audit could be at qualification stage, periodically or as needed.
  • Cooperate with Senior Quality director to identify improvement opportunities and reduce non-quality costs.
