The Stormwater Treatment System Operator at the Stella-Jones manufacturing plant in Sheridan, Oregon is responsible for ensuring stringent environmental compliance with all aspects associated with the operation of the stormwater treatment system to include compliance with the facility's State issued stormwater permit. Principal Responsibilities:

Health and Safety is the number one priority at Stella-Jones: Perform all work in a safe manner and comply with all safe work policies, programs, and procedures.

Operate equipment and utilize chemicals to treat stormwater for discharge in compliance with the State issued facility stormwater permit.

Manage waste materials generated at the facility for disposal in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Inspect, clean, repair, and maintain the condition of stormwater treatment equipment, chemical systems, tanks, filters, pumps, filter press and associated equipment.

Monitor operating conditions, meters and gauges to determine system efficiency and detect malfunctions.

Coordinate larger repairs and maintenance with the appropriate management personnel and subcontractors.

Collect, preserve and ship samples to a laboratory for analysis.

Record and maintain records as required for the stormwater treatment system operation and regulatory reporting.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives, with an initial focus on the successful implementation of JRM's new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. Beyond ERP, the Project Manager will also play a key role in planning and executing future enterprise system implementations such as HRIS, CRM, SaaS platforms, and other strategic technology initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the project manager for JRM's ERP replacement initiative and future enterprise system implementations. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations specific to ERP implementation and other business systems.
  • Coordinate requirements validation, data migration, system configuration, and testing with stakeholders
  • Manage vendors and implementation partners, ensuring delivery aligns with scope and expectations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system processes, reporting, and integration meet business needs. Lead change management, training, and adoption strategies to ensure a smooth transition for end users.
  • Partner with the Corporate Communications team to ensure company-wide changes are communicated effectively and consistently.
  • Coordinate with the Learning and Talent Development team to identify, design, and deliver training programs that support successful system implementation and adoption.
  • Support IT projects, including ERP, SaaS, DevOps, and other enterprise platforms, applying consistent project management methodology. Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary with recommended solutions.
  • Track and report project status to Senior Leadership, IT leadership, executive sponsors, and steering committees.
  • Establish governance and documentation practices to enable repeatable success for future technology initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management of enterprise technology or system implementations, with at least 2+ years in ERP or other large-scale platforms.
  • Knowledge of construction project financials and ERP workflows including job cost reporting, commitments, billing, and forecasting is preferred.
  • Experience managing vendors, consultants, and cross-functional business teams.
  • PMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
