Your work will focus on adjusting non-injury auto claims and you'll work under supervision to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and adjust low complexity auto insurance claims presented by or against our members. This will include the end-to-end claims process and settling claims in compliance with state laws and regulations. In this role, you will make a difference to our members as you deliver best in class customer service through setting appropriate expectations, proactively communicating and providing advice to deliver appropriate solutions to the member.

What you'll do:

  • Acquire and apply basic knowledge of auto coverages. auto physical damage, and liability, in order to evaluate and settle high volume and low complexity auto claims such as; simple comprehensive and collision (i.e., single vehicle, parked and unoccupied, clear liability), glass, roadside, and rental vehicle coverages for repairable vehicles.

  • Resolve claims through proactive problem solving and decision making, within authority guidelines and under direct supervision, while overcoming obstacles, and effectively prioritizing the workload.

  • Clearly document thought process including damage evaluation, investigation, negotiation, and settlement decisions.

  • Collaborate and set expectations with external and internal business partners to facilitate claims resolution.

  • Support members, business partners, and claimants, through use of varying communication channels to include utilization of digital tools to drive timely and effective resolutions through exceptional service.

  • Acquire and apply a foundational knowledge of Property and Claims (P&C) insurance industry products, and services, to include P&C insurance policy contracts, coverages and internal claims handling process and procedures.

Essential Functions:

This Program Cost Control Analyst position will, under minimal supervision, interface with the program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements.

The Program Cost Control Analyst will have experience with Earned Value Management and performance measurement baseline concepts and be able to apply them to multiple contracts for control accounts within an engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT).  This position will be responsible for leading and training other analysts if full level 1 Earned Value contracts.

Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks include:

  • Establishing Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled

  • Assessing and maintaining of objective performance criteria – developing, maintaining, analyzing and justification of estimates to complete

  • Supporting internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysis and budgeting baseline

  • Maintaining a solid and accurate cost and schedule integration with business partners and program teams

  • Analyzing funding, cost risk analysis/assessment and visibility reports - Preparing government cost performance reports and preparation and/or review of Performance measurement variance analysis

Additional responsibilities will include:

Perform analysis & prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to work in our Phoenix office for future customer service and sales opportunities in 2026. The office is located at Norterra Dr. (Happy Valley) and I-17. We have various schedules ranging from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm local time. These roles include a shift differential of 15% for any weekday hours worked after 6:00 pm and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday. Weekly work schedules vary and will include one weekend day. As a Bank Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll work within defined guidelines to facilitate the financial security of members through needs-based sales and service conversations on a single Banking line of business or product set (for example, deposits, credit cards, and website customer support). In this role, you will make a difference to our members as you identify immediate and underlying financial needs and respond with relevant solutions through offering USAA Banking products and services.

Job Summary The Senior Program Manager, International Student Recruitment is the subject matter expert (SME) and key driver for the development and implementation of a strategic student outreach/recruitment campaign to attract qualified applicants in designated world regions on behalf of NYU Abu Dhabi (NYUAD).

This position has primary responsibility to develop specific regional plans to drive student applications to NYUAD, optimize initiatives and activities to enhance the student application pool, conduct data-driven impact analysis of recruitment activities on application targets from each region, and develop focused reports to communicate success and strategies to change approaches as required.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manages the operations of multiple Home Therapies programs with direct responsibility for results, including growth, patient retention, program costs, operational methods, scheduling, and staffing.
