Internal Medicine or Family Practitioner Needed
The expectation of a full-time Regional Medical Director / Physician Lead works and is compensated as follows:
1. A first-year guarantee of $325K - $375K, with an incentive opportunity yielding a total compensation of up to $500K - $600K.
a. 40%-50% 2-3 days per week of their time in a traditional clinic role, and
i. Compensation based on productivity, ancillary pool share, mid-level supervision research PI/physicals, and VBR pool share.
b. 50% in a capacity described in the attached job description as Regional Medical Director.

Position Description
At the Anoka County Highway Department, it is our vision to enhance and protect life by providing safe roads and eliminating traffic congestion. As a Medlink volunteer driver, you are donating your time and use of your own vehicle to pick up a passenger at their home, take them to their appointment, and return the passenger to their home. Medlink passengers include seniors (60 years and older), veterans & clients for Anoka County.
This is a volunteer position. Interviews will take place as applications are received for those selected to move forward in the hiring process.
Work Location
Drivers may choose to drive within Anoka County or throughout the metro as well as to St. Cloud VA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
These examples are not all-inclusive and are intended to be illustrative of the primary responsibilities of an Anoka County Medlink Driver-Volunteer.
- Volunteer drivers pick up seniors, veterans, and clients of Anoka County in their personal vehicle, take them to their medical and social service appointments and bring them home.
- Volunteer services are offered between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Schedule can be as flexible as you wish, however, schedules are sent out each week on Thursday and Friday mornings, for the following week.
- Passengers are expected to travel independently, with the ability to get into and out of the volunteer's car without the volunteer's assistance.
- Volunteers are reimbursed for mileage for these trips and must fill out a monthly mileage reimbursement form.

- Cleanliness check each shift of all guest entrances/elevator landings in the entire garage. The check will include the emptying of all ash urns daily and trash receptacles at full or higher and the sweeping of all litter and cigarette butts in the common landing area. - 20%
- When appropriate use a mop or power washer to eliminate any stains in the common area resulting from liquid spills. Wipe all signage and way finding material in the common area with the appropriate cleaning solutions and cloth. This is to include all pay on foot stations. - 20%
- Maintain a general cleaning of garage with the use of a mobile garbage can, broom and dustpan to include all areas around and between all vehicles of any debris to include cans, bottles, cups and/or any refuse left on the ground, ledges and walls. When appropriate use a paint safe solution or the power washer to eliminate any stains from all pillars and columns throughout the garage. - 15%
- Wipe all signage and way finding materials located at all garage vehicular entrances and exits with the appropriate cleaning solutions and cloth. Wipe all equipment including gates, gate arms, card reading equipment and all attached signage with appropriate cleaning materials and cloth.- 15%
- Empty all returned guest key receptacles at each of the garage exits and return to the Towne Park MOD for return to the appropriate facility. When appropriate, power wash any areas of the garage entrances and exits that need additional attention from the regularly scheduled maintenance. - 10%
- Assists guests with directions and all other inquiries. Stands while serving guests. Provides information about surrounding area as well as main attractions to guests as needed. - 10%
- Protects guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA requirements. Maintains the security of customer financial and identifying information. - 10%

QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Required Licensure, Certification, etc.:

I. Job Summary: Drivers operate heavy-duty trucks with front, side, or rear-end load lift attachments dependent on the line of business they're operating in and the type of truck they're operating. Drivers will transport the material to a disposal, transfer or recycle facility when trucks reach legal load capacity. Commercial Drivers are responsible for providing the pick-up service of containers filled with waste or recyclable material. Containers may weigh in excess of 1,000 pounds and at times require drivers to maneuver wheeled containers to a pick-up stage area. Commercial Drivers navigate high-traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots. Highly skilled backing maneuvers are essential to successfully perform this job. Residential Drivers are responsible for the collection of residential household waste or recyclable material and must safely maneuver vehicles in residential environments. Residential Drivers navigate high-traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots. Roll-off Drivers are responsible for preparing, loading, and transporting large mobile open-top and compactor containers from customer locations. Roll-off Drivers will navigate driveways, alleyways, lots, and high-traffic roadways and may operate in tight overhead environments while on industrial routes. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operates vehicle in accordance with Waste Management Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act) and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements as well as all local, state and federal laws.
- Performs pre and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle and documents checks utilizing the standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report).
- Immediately reports all unsafe situations or service-related issues to Operations Manager or Dispatch.
- Attends and participates in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings as required by WM or directed by the Route Manager.
- Works closely with Operations Manager to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices.
- Notifies Operations Manager of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
- Notifies Operations Manager or Dispatch of service interruptions including closed or impassable streets or alleyways, receptacles too heavy to service or potential safety hazards.
- Communicates customer requests to Operations Manager or Dispatch.
- Completely dumps all receptacles and leaves the customer's location clean and free of debris.
- Follows route assignments as directed and completes end-of-day documentation and check-out process.
- Performs all duties as scheduled by Operations Manager or Dispatch and assists other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.
III. Qualifications A. Required Qualifications:
- 1 year operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or
- 1 year equivalent military driving within the last 7 years and
- Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official questions, and complete records or reports and
- Must be at least 18 years of age and
- Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
