• Base salary of $50,000 along with an aggressive commission plan (paid weekly)

• Class of 2025 or recent grad
• Strong writing and communication skills
• A quick learner, team player, and driven individual
• Organized and detail-focused
• Interest in sales, tech, and recruiting

What You'll Do:

• Identify candidates for roles in the information technology fields (IT knowledge not necessary)
• Contact prospective job candidates via the phone, LinkedIn, and email
• Build and maintain relationships through phone calls, meetings, lunches, and/or out-of-office events
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proactively identify and provide sales leads
• Maintain an intense focus on customer service
