Charles Sterling Group is seeking an experienced Recruiting Associate Coordinator to support our executive search work across financial services and asset management. This role is the operational backbone of the search process, owning candidate scheduling, candidate research, and internal operational support for the firm’s executive search team.
Key Responsibilities
Search administration & process support
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the firm’s CRM/ATS; ensure complete documentation and clean data
- Support pipeline tracking and reporting (shortlists, interview stages, weekly status updates)
- Prepare and distribute client and candidate materials (status reports, resumes, bio summaries, interview prep packets) and coordinate internal review workflows
Interview scheduling & logistics
- Coordinate scheduling for senior candidates and search consultants
- Manage calendars for Partners and Consultants; anticipate conflicts and proactively propose solutions
- Handle last-minute changes with professionalism
Database management and research
- Assist with ad-hoc candidate identification related to ongoing executive search mandates across financial services and asset management
- Help improve and standardize database processes
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in an administrative, or recruiting support role, ideally in executive search, recruiting operations, professional services, or asset management
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity scheduling with senior stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong judgment when handling sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, candidate-friendly tone
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Calendar, Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs); comfort learning new systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executive search or talent advisory in asset management / alternatives / investment firms
- Familiarity with CRMs/ATS platforms
- Experience preparing candidate packets, tracking pipelines, and supporting client-facing deliverables
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines
- Financial services/asset management industry knowledge

What you'll do:
Develop and lead fun, engaging group classes designed for seniors
Build genuine connections with residents
Ensure our residentsare able to live the best rest of their lives
Compile input from residents to tailor group fitness classes for the community.
Successfully advertise PrimeFit Group Fitness classes to residents, families and the community.
Create a positive, fun and safe atmosphere that promoteshealthy growth for older adults.
Responsible for providing personal health and fitness services for residents including fitness center and equipment orientations, fitness assessments, personalized exercise prescription, and general guidance with health and fitness programs.
Responsible for conducting private and small group personal training sessions.
What you'll bring:

Group Fitness and Senior Fitness Specialist Certification (ACE).
Previous experience working with older adults preferred.

Position Summary:
The Quality Control Inspector performs inspection tasks related to the removal, reapplication, and repair of surface coatings (e.g. paint) utilizing proper inspection methods, techniques and equipment. Accomplish routine and non-routine inspection functions during all aspects of the paint process ensuring airworthiness of the article.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Follows safety procedures and wears and utilizes appropriate safety equipment for the work being performed.
• Interprets blueprints, drawings, and other technical data.
• Performs both simple and complex inspection procedures on aircraft parts, structures, and systems in accordance with applicable standards and specifications.
• Uses micrometers, gauges, calipers, indicators, and other measuring instruments and test equipment in the performance of skilled inspection work.
• Performs NDT and/or borescope inspections when applicable.
• Performs both primary inspections and buy-back inspections as assigned.
• Performs both visual and dimensional inspections properly and accurately.
• Writes up inspection items accurately, noting discrepancies clearly.
• Researches and retrieves technical data as necessary.
• Prepares necessary records such as inspection documentation, logs, or other records thoroughly, legibly, and in a timely manner.
• Maintains an updated, current knowledge of technical information and inspection techniques and requirements through adequate research and technical reading.
• Performs buy-back inspections ensuring that previously noted and subsequently repaired items have been properly completed and documented.
• Reads instructions and safety information as necessary for proper and safe completion of assigned work.
• Communicates effectively in English regarding work activities, per FAA requirements.
• Lifts and carries measuring instruments, tools, and test equipment; ascends and descends ladders and platforms; and frequently works in a variety of positions such as stooping, kneeling or squatting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Academic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Languages
Must be able to read, write, and speak effectively in English regarding safety-sensitive work activities, per FAA requirements.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Technical Experience
• Current Airframe & Powerplant Certificate
• Minimum 18 months experience as an A&P Mechanic in FAA Part 121 and/or 145.
• Shall be familiar with FAA regulations and procedures relative to the scope of normally assigned tasks
• Basic computer skills and ability to research customer maintenance manuals
