The Senior FF&E Specialist supports the backend of all new store construction tasks. This position purchases Panda store equipment, furniture fixture, building material and services in accordance with prescribed purchasing regulations and procedures. The Senior FF&E Specialist prepares routine bid specifications, issues bid requests, reviews quotations, interprets purchasing procedures to departments and vendors, acting as a liaison between user departments and vendors. This position manages vendor relations and conducts the training to internal and external teams. The Senior FF&E Specialist assists Director and Manager of FF&E to organize/update specifications and catalogs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Closely monitors each assigned project progress. Generates and issues purchase order (PO) and Change Order (CO) for owner supplied FF&E in time as policy and procedure requires, providing highly accurate purchase orders.
- Track purchase orders and follows up with supply vendors on FF&E availability and production schedule.
- Coordinate and support equipment deliveries, installation, and field support to the Project Management team.
- Support Operations with equipment inquiries.
- Assist with the close-out process to get FF&E contracts (PO) closed on time and within budget.
- Collect all necessary documents to close out the contracts.
- Coordinate with vendors, general contractors, and Project Managers on all FF&E related matters.
- Resolve any disputed payment request and service requests timely as policy procedure required.
- Manage the relationship with the vendors for alignment in Panda's philosophy and growth plans.
- Evaluate current and potential vendors in coordination with Design, Construction, and Supply Chains teams based on detailed specifications.
- Investigate complex inquiries related to vendors and fulfills requests from internal and external business contacts.
- Analyze project data to determine whether project is within budget and timeline and informs Project Management team.
- Train new FF&E associates and vendors on process and Panda management system.
- Assist FF&E Director or Manager for development equipment manual and training materials.
- Update and oversee distribution of the manual.

Your Background and Experience:

The Paint Specialist silver tapes and chemically strips aircraft; masks, sands and prepares aircraft surface for priming; primes overalls; and prepares aircraft surface for and paints stripes and some overall base painting according to manufacturer's specifications, Duncan Aviation approved procedures, and customer specifications in a safe and clean environment using Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and fall protection. In addition, this position may perform spray painting; and prepares and completes appropriate documentation and personal training log.
Essential Job Functions
1. With minimal supervision, proficiently applies primers and topcoats using appropriate techniques and knowledge of primers. Maintains pressure pots and paint guns.
2. With minimal supervision, masks and paints stripes per designer debrief and knowledge of paint products and paint mixing.
3. With minimal supervision, identifies areas of aircraft to be masked and/or polished as per designer debrief and also identifies problem areas such as working rivets, corrosion damaged BLE's, damaged windows, etc. for remasking and sanding aircraft using mechanical sanding methods. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of aircraft surfaces and composites.
4. With minimal supervision, masks aircraft and silver tapes aircraft surfaces per manufacturer's specifications and Duncan Aviation approved procedures. Removes old paint with liquid paint remover and pressure washer.
5. With minimal supervision, may paint landing gear, fuel caps, antennas and door frames of aircraft per designer debrief. Inspects painted and reports quality issues to crew leader or team leader.
6. Assures quality for assigned areas through visual inspection and performs final pre-paint prep by blowing, wiping and tacking entire surface to be painted. Identifies problem areas such as fuel leaks, sky-drol leaks, etc. and reports problems to crew leader or team leader.
7. With supervision prepares, signs off and understands various documents for record keeping purposes as required by Duncan Aviation approved procedures and FAA regulations (i.e. turnovers, removal sheets, W.O. Sheets, personal training log, and other work order related documents supporting the review of squawks and expected hours).
8. With minimal supervision, smoothes, etches and applies conversion coatings to aluminum surfaces with acid washes to ensure primers and paint adheres to surface.
9. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Summary:

- Plan and execute end-to-end learning events—in-person and virtual—ensuring a seamless, outstanding learner experience from pre-event preparation through program close.

- Support and operate learning technology for in-person and virtual sessions; train and coach L&D team members and business partners on relevant platforms to ensure consistent, capable delivery.
- Maintain accurate learning records in the Learning Management System, including completion tracking and CE credit submission.
- Flex into expanded coordination and learner support responsibilities during high-volume periods, and contribute to change management efforts by providing program coordination as needed.

- Applicants must have the minimum combination of education and/or experience:
- An associate’s degree in behavioral health, or high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of behavioral health experience or,
- A bachelor’s degree (not in the field of behavioral health) and 1 year of behavioral health experience, or
- A bachelor’s degree in the field of behavioral health and any behavioral health experience, or
- A master’s degree or higher in the field of behavioral health
- 1 year of supervised experience as a Rehabilitation or Employment Specialist, or Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor preferred
- Valid AZ Driver License, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy
- Must have a valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Fingerprint Clearance card or be able to apply for one within 7 working days of starting employment
- Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members
- Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions
- Basic understanding of the DSM-V preferred
- Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening
- Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
