About the Role

We are seeking skilled Mechanical Machine Builders—2 Integration Builders and 1 Sub‑Assembly Builder—to join our team supporting automotive equipment build and installation projects. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high‑quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical integration and sub‑assembly work for automotive OEM projects (Chrysler, Ford, GM).
• Work independently on medium-complexity mechanical build projects.
• Follow equipment installation through all phases, from in-house build to customer-site installation.
• Assist the project team in resolving technical issues or build concerns.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and BOMs.
• Update and submit weekly E‑BOM summaries to the Mechanical Supervisor.
• Verify all parts and assemblies conform to specifications and engineering documentation.
• Maintain project schedules, track open issues, and meet deadlines.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality system procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Utilize rigging and crane equipment safely and effectively.

Your Team The Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations (ATLO) Team plans and executes all space vehicle-level integration and test activities at Millennium.

Job Description The Principal ATLO Engineer will lead efforts across new satellite programs and established portfolios to shape production and will be a key player in meeting and exceeding our delivery targets, all while demanding a high standard of technical excellence in the assembly and test of satellites.

The Principal ATLO Engineer is expected to shape our current and future processes, and plays a critical role in linking our business strategy to the ongoing definition and development of large-scale satellite constellations.

The candidate is expected to contribute to a wide variety of program inputs including proposals, standard operating procedures, and resource management systems.

They will oversee the integration of new design and manufacturing techniques into testbed and flight systems, with a strong awareness towards safety, affordability, security, testability, and mission capability.

A Principal ATLO Engineer will report to and serve under the ATLO Director.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and a proactive problem-solver with experience in spacecraft integration, mission architecture, and production automation.

The ideal candidate can work equally well in a singular supervisory role or with multitalented teams on the production floor.

A Principal ATLO Engineer has experience in these fields: design for manufacturability, process mapping, spacecraft avionics, cost analysis and earned-value management, complex mechanical integration, environmental testing, launch integration, proposal writing, or high-rate manufacturing.

Our team is currently hiring for levels 5 and 6.

Rotating Shift: This position requires employees to work various shifts on a rotating basis.

The shift times are subject to change and additional shifts may be added in accordance with company needs, but employees will only work one shift per day.

Each standard shift is 9.5 hours in length, 0.5 hours of which is designated for a lunch break.

Shifts contain 9 hours of work to follow the Millennium 9/80 calendar, meaning every other Friday is a non-working day.

What You Will Do:

• Under direction of leader/supervisor, follow assembly drawings and/or specifications and computer information systems to prepare parts and build subassemblies, modules and accessories for new gas turbine engines where tooling and process methods are established. Primary Function: Operate and maintain vacuum-based tube processing equipment used to manufacture image intensifier tube components. The role is very hands-on, detail-oriented, and physically demanding, working with fragile components in a clean room environment.

Assembler or Sequencer position will be responsible for operating production line equipment, finishing products and reporting any issues with equipment/station directly to his/her direct supervisor. An assembler or sequencer position can include repetitive lifting, twisting and bending in a factory setting. This opportunity will provide the candidate hands-on, day-to-day technical interaction within automotive manufacturing.

• Assemble goods on production lines following applicable work instructions;
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks;
• Follow Company's philosophies and values at all times;
• Maintain a safe work environment through good housekeeping in work areas and equipment;
• Adhere to safe work practices at all times;
• Monitor the production process and be part of the teamwork culture assisting the team in order to achieving their production goals;
• Ensure that all production and quality systems are followed at all times;
• Ensure that information is communicated and acted upon allowing the team to make appropriate decisions to focus on necessary improvements;
• Help the team meet customer expectations;
• Feed raw materials into production machinery;
• Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse;
• Use lifting equipment to fulfill orders;
• Pack goods to be shipped; All other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

• Travel Required: No

• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment;
• Ability to effectively interact with people;
• Able to work on foot for extended periods of time;
• Be able to work any shift;
• Be able to work weekends when volunteered for or required;
• Be highly motivated and have an interest in manufacturing;
• Have a history of safe work practices;
• Be a team player, who is flexible and easily adapts to change.
