What You’ll Do:

• Own and grow strategic revenue through outbound business development
• Identify, prospect, and close new B2B accounts (fleets, operators, institutions, resellers)
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and repeat buyers
• Develop outbound strategies using calls, email, Zoom meetings, and in-person outreach
• Leverage ZoomInfo to source, research, and enrich high-quality prospects
• Convert inbound opportunities into multi-vehicle or repeat deals
• Manage the full deal lifecycle in HubSpot with disciplined pipeline hygiene
• Collaborate with marketing, inventory, ops, and leadership to unlock new growth channels
• Track and report weekly KPIs: pipeline value, meetings booked, deals closed, and revenue
• Act as the voice of the customer—feeding insights back into pricing, inventory, and process

What You Bring:

• 2–5+ years in business development, partnerships, or consultative B2B sales
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (deal stages, pipelines, tasks, reporting)
• Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo for outbound prospecting and account research
• Proven outbound hunter with strong deal instincts
• Comfortable selling high-ticket, real-world products (vehicles, equipment, logistics, SaaS, or services)
• Confident communicator—phone, email, Zoom, in-person
• Highly organized, proactive, and allergic to slow follow-ups
• Strong data discipline—clean notes, accurate stages, reliable forecasts
• Interest in vehicles, transportation, or fleet operations strongly preferred

We are looking for a Senior Technology Compliance Analyst who will play a pivotal role in advancing our Compliance Program. This unique opportunity allows you to serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with Technology management teams to design, evaluate and test internal controls for efficiency and effectiveness. In this role, you will monitor regulatory and technology changes, coordinate with internal and external auditors, and ensure compliance across the organization. You will lead control reviews for new business areas, technologies, and evolving processes, identify gaps between policy and practice, and recommend remediation strategies.

What you will do – Essential Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive framework for Technology Compliance, including validation, classification, and control testing across IT domains (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA, Data Privacy).
• Execute enterprise compliance governance frameworks, balancing risk appetite with business needs and translating findings into actionable steps.
• Lead compliance assessments and pre-implementation reviews to ensure proper controls are designed, implemented, and documented.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide General IT Controls (GITCs) and compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, SOX, HIPAA, Data Privacy, etc.).
• Develop and enforce processes and procedures to ensure adherence to company policies, laws, and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ITIL).
• Influence compliance strategy and direction within established standards and guidance.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on technology key controls, partnering to evaluate control effectiveness, identify risks, and support remediation efforts.
• Leverage technical experience to assist management in designing appropriate automation and system configurations to support the enforcement and collection of compliance-related evidence.
• Facilitate internal and external audits, and provide clear, timely communication of findings, recommendations, and remediation plans.
• Monitor and validate information security controls, analyze trends in control weaknesses, and recommend enhancements to meet evolving compliance standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), with solid IT audit or compliance experience.
• Familiarity with Technology Compliance management industry frameworks and standards: NIST, OWASP, SANS, ISO-27001/2, SANS, and Cobit
• 5+ years working experience with enterprise technology compliance management programs, or auditing experience, controls testing, conducting ITGC and PCI assessments
• Possession of industry certifications required: CISA and/or CISSP. Desired CRISC, CIA, CISM, PCI
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate through tailored messaging, organized presentations, and group facilitation.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to design IT controls and system functions that enforce or collect compliance evidence.

Who we are looking for:

A Senior Technology/Information Risk Analyst with experience in the areas highlighted below. This is a unique opportunity to work at a Fortune 200 company and national brand to expand your skills and influence a growing Information Risk Management Program. This opportunity provides the ability to work with the Technology teams to effectively manage information risk and perform risk assessments. You will work with senior risk management and technology professionals to design and facilitate cybersecurity risk assessments on existing technology, processes to accommodate new business areas as well as changes in our risk profile and provide support across our information risk management framework activities. You will assist the Cybersecurity, technology, compliance, and information risk teams in identifying risks, developing recommendations to mitigate risk, manage information security policies, and assist with the company-wide information security awareness program, including design and management of the annual Information Security Training.

The Day to Day:

• As a key member of a high performing information risk management team, support, execute and maintain a framework for information risk management including validation, weighting, and classification methods.
• Perform information security risk assessments, understand threats, vulnerabilities and exposures associated with confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
• Help develop related processes and procedures to ensure and enforce compliance with all company policies, applicable laws, and regulatory requirements regarding information security, privacy, and data integrity as well as reducing vulnerabilities.

• Knowledge of information security, risk management industry frameworks and standards NIST, COSO, OWASP, ISO-27001/2, SANS, Cobit and ITIL.
• 5+ years working experience with enterprise and technology risk management programs, privacy, data security and control issues with technologies.
• Previous working experience and/or knowledge of two or more security functions (IT Risk Assessor, QSA, Security Specialist, IT Auditor).
