Revenue Cycle Systems Charge Analyst
The Systems Charge Analyst supports Revenue Cycle operations by maintaining accurate and compliant billing systems to ensure revenue integrity. This role analyzes charging, coding, billing, and denial trends, performs root cause analysis, and collaborates with Operations and IT to implement Epic system updates and process improvements.
The Analyst will identify opportunities to improve net revenue, assist with billing issue resolution, provide reimbursement analysis, and develop coverage guidelines to reduce claim denials. This role also reviews current practices, system interfaces, and account audits to support the financial health of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field required
- 3–5 years of healthcare revenue cycle, financial analysis, or related experience
- Epic certifications (Resolute Hospital Billing, Charge Router, or Charge Master) preferred
- Coding or Compliance certification preferred

Job Overview
Reporting to the Manager of Game Systems, you will help build a highend transaction system and lead the rearchitecture of existing systems to support new markets, horizontal scaling, and emerging gaming technologies. Automatic Assembly, Set Up & Operate is responsible for setting up and operating, changeovers, adjusting assembly line to assemble Automotive Timing Chain and Components, following established work standards. The machine operator using statistical quality control methods maintains the quality of all components and the timing chain. Changeovers and adjustments are exacting, but not difficult. Work to specifications, schedules, orders, and general instructions of the department group leader or supervisor, as defined in the work standards.

- Perform preventive maintenance inspection before the start of each shift as outlined on the Preventive Maintenance Check Sheet. Apply oil or grease to specified areas. Confirm the operability of all detectors.
- The ability to perform a more comprehensive PM on the machines including but not limited to oil changes.
- Basic troubleshooting of chain assembly equipment to understand the alarm messages, identify what this issue is and how to correct the issue.
- The assembly line consists of the following machines/operations: roller link assembly, chain assembly, riveting, pre-stressing, articulation checking, center distance measuring, automatic cutting, and endless operation, washing, final inspection, and packing.
- Adhere to work standards. Responsible for maintaining production schedules, quality control records, chain assembly records, shipping charge numbers, and the traceability records for each charge of chain and referring any unusual problems to the departmental supervisor.
- Prepare test samples for quality control per work standard. Record production and any other data required utilizing various forms as directed.
- Utilize a machine-monitoring system to record downtime.
- Detect faulty operation or defective material and report these and other unusual conditions to the group leader or supervisor.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow standard safety regulations.
- Perform other similar and associated duties as required or directed.

- 2-5 years of proven professional experience in application development.

The estimated base pay range for this job is:

The Director of Facilities Planning & Construction Management is accountable for the effective design of all of the facilities and grounds within Aspirus. This is accomplished through project and facilities staff reporting through managers/supervisors to the Director. The role includes the buildings and grounds of Aspirus Wausau Hospital, Aspirus Clinics, Aspirus Buildings, Inc. facilities and partnership facilities Aspirus may be involved in.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of patient care standards and management practices in a healthcare environment normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field required.
- Minimum of five years’ progressively responsible experience in a related field required.
- Healthcare Construction Management is vitally important
- Professional certification in healthcare facilities management desired.
