As an R&D Manager Semiconductor Systems, you will lead and support research and development activities focused on semiconductor related gas systems, testing platforms, and advanced process gas technologies. This role combines hands on technical leadership with strategic planning, experimental design, and resource management to enable effective semiconductor focused testing and development. You will work closely with internal R&D, Process Engineering, and Controls teams to design experiments, evaluate equipment and systems, and mature new technologies from concept through validated performance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead semiconductor focused R&D initiatives related to process gas delivery, gas monitoring, purification, and scrubbing technologies.
- Support the design, build, and operation of laboratory and pilot scale test systems for semiconductor gas applications.
- Define experimental objectives, test plans, and validation strategies for semiconductor related testing activities.
- Manage laboratory resources, equipment utilization, and testing schedules to ensure efficient execution of R&D programs.
- Collaborate with internal R&D and Process Engineering teams to evaluate equipment specifications, system designs, and performance data.
- Support technical evaluations of process equipment, including gas analyzers, flow meters, compressors, pumps, valves, purification modules, and associated instrumentation.
- Coordinate with equipment vendors to review technical documentation, evaluate system capabilities, and support equipment selection and integration.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and well organized technical documentation, including test protocols, experimental results, specifications, and design records.
- Participate in technical reviews, root cause analyses, and data driven decision making to guide development priorities.
- Travel to customer or vendor sites as needed for testing support, equipment evaluation, or technical coordination.
- Occasionally lift and or move up to 40 pounds.
Strong Candidates Will Have:
- PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- More than five years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with hands on involvement in process gas systems, gas scrubbing, gas monitoring, or related technologies.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor process gas requirements, contamination control, and system reliability considerations.
- Experience designing and executing laboratory or pilot scale experiments for gas or semiconductor related systems.
- Ability to interpret and evaluate P&IDs, process flow diagrams, equipment specifications, and technical drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical resources, testing priorities, and complex development activities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret experimental data and translate results into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and present technical information.
- Detail oriented and structured approach to experimental design, documentation, and process improvement.
- Experience with cryogenic systems, inert gas handling, or high purity gas applications is a plus.

Job Overview
The Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Analyst serves as the on-site liaison between the operations management team and the Information Technology team, and plays a role of a super user in the utilization of the system. They would be responsible for day-to-day system maintenance and troubleshooting. First point of contact for assistance, questions, issues, training others, etc. at the operations level. Work with Operations teams, IT, and Engineering groups to ensure optimal configurations for WMS conversions, enhancements, and new business requirements.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants.
- Serves as the on-site liaison between the Operations Management and Information Technology teams, acting as a super user of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Responsible for day-to-day system maintenance and troubleshooting, and functions as the first point of contact for operational-level assistance, including user questions, issues, and training. Collaborates with Operations, IT, and Engineering teams to ensure optimal system configurations for WMS conversions, enhancements, and new business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field plus 3 years of experience in warehouse management systems, or related.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Requires skills and experience to involve: Expert-level knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS from an operational perspective, including data mining, issue investigation, system adjustments, and development of best practices.
- Hands-on experience managing warehouse zones, including movement paths, storage zones, pick zones, and count zones, to ensure efficient workflow and inventory accuracy.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot RF (radio frequency) issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Expertise in barcode configuration and management, supporting accurate and efficient inbound, picking, and pack-out processes across multiple product lines.
- Strong background in waving processes and shortage resolution, critical to ensuring on-time order fulfillment.
- Experience testing within Blue Yonder WMS environments, following documentation best practices to ensure system reliability and consistency.
- Skilled in troubleshooting support requests related to WMS and integrated systems or interfaces.
- Experience developing and maintaining SOPs and site-specific process documentation to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
- Familiarity with shipping quality guidelines, and extensive experience in inventory management and quality control to ensure operational excellence.

General Description

The Opportunity:
The Enterprise Systems Manager is responsible for the design, administration, maintenance, and performance of the core systems utilized at the College of Medicine and affiliated entities; to include customized consumption of university core resources, as well as uniquely owned system and services for the college. Responsibilities:
Operations, Systems Administration, and Technical Management:
Act as Health Information Technology Enterprise Systems unit leader, overseeing the planning, architecture, installation, implementation, and maintenance of the core and unique systems and services for the College of Medicine and affiliated programs.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft infrastructure tools, including Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM/MECM, SCOM, SharePoint, and IIS.
Experience delivering and managing enterprise-level services and systems such as Linux environments, SQL/MySQL databases, Mobile Device Management platforms (InTune, JAMF), Secure Printing, and Interface Engines.

We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst on our Finance team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office.
As a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst, you will provide administrative
and functional maintenance and support for AMA's financial applications,
including Infor/Lawson, Oracle EPM (Hyperion), Blackline, Ironclad, Concur, and
other Finance-led systems. Focus on business process management, system
utilization, and ensuring data integrity across Finance. Liaise
with internal customers, functional areas and IT resources as well as external
vendors including hosting and SaaS providers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Systems Management
- Provide functional support for month-end closing activities, monitor interfaces, troubleshoot user issues, meta-data maintenance, and financial systems operation.
- Perform requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and coordination of system enhancements or configuration changes based on Finance business needs.
- Conduct testing and user acceptance for system changes.
