- Repair 3rd and 4th degree lacerations when required
- Perform office-based gynecologic procedures (e.g., IUD placement, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP)
- Perform surgical gynecology procedures as appropriate (open/laparoscopic diagnostic/minor and operative/major cases based on clinical need)
- Document care accurately and timely in EPCT and collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, nursing, and clinical support staff

- Serve as the solo Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist each day
- Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation (paper records; EMR transition late 2026)
