Interface analysts are the primary support contact for the interfaces they are assigned to. Interface analysts coordinate the analysis, technical design, and all issue triage necessary to implement and support their assigned interfaces. They work closely with the interface project manager, application teams, and technical teams to ensure that interfaces meet the needs of your end users.

Responsibilities

• Managing the entire cycle of interface application development, including analysis, design, specification, implementation, go-live, and support

• Working closely with application teams, subject matter experts, and third-party application experts to determine the business needs for interfaces, document the requirements, and configure the interfaces per the requirements. Working with this group to diagnose and resolve interface-related issues, and participating in their projects as needed.

• Coordinating various interface-specific tasks and activities like testing, build, cutover planning, and go-live byengaging subject matter experts, vendors, and interface engine developers

• Working with interface engine developers to develop data-translation routines and methods to support Epic's and external systems' data and format needs

• Driving the interface projects, working with the interface project manager to ensure that results are achieved and deadlines are met

• Providing proactive support by monitoring live interfaces and collaborating with experts to provide permanent resolutions to problems

Senior Wireless Network Architect

We are seeking a Senior Wireless Network Architect to lead the architecture, design, implementation, and support of enterprise wireless infrastructure. This role focuses on modern wireless networks, RF surveys, deployment, optimization, and ensuring high performance and reliability across large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, and support enterprise wireless networks
• Conduct wireless site surveys, testing, and network optimization
• Troubleshoot complex wireless/network issues and provide Tier-3 support
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align wireless solutions with organizational needs
• Maintain documentation, standards, and knowledge transfer for wireless implementations
• Monitor performance and manage upgrades to wireless infrastructure

Required Skills

• 10+ years of wireless networking experience in large enterprise environments
• Strong experience with Cisco wireless infrastructure (Catalyst access points and controllers)
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies, RF design, and site survey tools (Ekahau, spectrum analyzers)
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, RADIUS, and network security
• Experience troubleshooting across OSI layers and network performance analysis

Preferred

• CCIE Wireless or similar advanced certification

We’re looking for an experienced Senior RF Wireless Engineer to design, survey, and optimize enterprise wireless networks. This role includes RF planning, predictive and physical site surveys, troubleshooting wireless performance, and supporting Cisco wireless infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of RF wireless engineering experience
• Strong RF design and site survey experience (Ekahau, spectrum analyzers)
• Experience with Cisco wireless access points and controllers
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network security
• Experience troubleshooting wireless and network performance

Preferred

• CCNP or CWNP certification
• Experience with RF design tools (Visio, AutoCAD)

Overall responsibility to Implements all aspects of system requirements, including policy and procedure documentation and test plans; manages the development and installation of software upgrades from the point of evaluation, budgeting, proposal, testing, project management, vendor execution of upgrade and acceptance; oversees automated systems installations; evaluates software and makes recommendations regarding software upgrades and new modules

Assesses reporting needs, including operational, management, regulatory requirements, and ensures report generation needs of the department are met; prepares test plans for system or software upgrades. Responsibilities:

• Assists with the implementation of Laboratory Information System (LIS)
• Maintains required documentation to conform to College of American Pathology (CAP) regulatory standards
• Reviews CAP checklists and reviews/writes policies and procedures to comply with each standard
• Tests and implements new projects involving the Clinical and Pathology LIS as required
• Maintaining Inbound / Outbound HIS Interfaces to ensure uninterrupted communication between several interfaces, Instrument Interface technical support and Laboratory Information System
• Performs and documents changes as necessary for middleware serves patching and change events
• Works with Application vendor, instrument vendors and laboratory to interface new instruments to Laboratory Information System
• Provides daily support and troubleshooting for test and production hardware, software, and operations issues
• Provides recommendations that align with organizational and IT operations in a cost-effective manner
• Effectively communicates and interacts with employees and clients and aids them in implementing and troubleshooting systems
• Provides guidance and direction to the laboratory team on all system/software updates and changes
• Balances work across multiple projects and priorities with overlapping schedules
• Recommends new technologies and tools to optimize workflow
• Ensure that all IT projects are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost requirements
• Participates in the change control process. Implementing change management requests in LIS, Receives questions by phone, e-mail, ticketing system, and resolves problems and/or, gives information to callers/requesters
• Liaison between laboratory staff and other IT resources both internally (Paragon, Field Services, Server Team, Security/Network teams, etc.) and external vendors
• Assists in on site education of new employees and new workflows
• As needed in the scope of the position including training, troubleshooting, projects, conferences, meetings, and upgrade/conversion support
• Performs other job-related duties as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, biology, medical laboratory technology, or other healthcare or another general studies field required
• 1-3 years of experience in a LIS support role required
• Requires at least two years of experience in laboratory information experience in database changes and instrument interfaces
• 1-3 years of experience working in the Information Technology industry, including direct evidentiary talents and responsibilities for supporting laboratory information systems, associated applications and, workstations
• Must demonstrate expert knowledge of the LIS
