Position: Field Heavy Equipment Lube Tech
Pay rate: $20.00/hr -$28.00/hr (Based on experience)
Travel: Must be able to travel to job sites in the region - primarily Field Service Center, Dinwiddie VA
Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Heavy Equipment Lube Technician to join our Heavy Civil team in our Dinwiddie VA facilities. This position will support our Field Service Center and VA projects primarily as well as others in the Mid-Atlantic.

Core competencies include: design-build, infrastructure, marine construction, modified concrete, grooving and grinding, and geotechnical construction services.
This is a safety sensitive position requiring work on construction sites with various safety hazards inherent in heavy construction.
This position is subject to drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.
Basic Requirements:
- Must have a CDL B to drive the equipment utilized in the role
- Experience working on construction sites
- Experience driving commercial vehicles such as water trucks
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
Essential Functions:
- Inspecting and lubricating heavy construction equipment in shop and at construction job sites.
- Set up, adjust and maintain assigned equipment
- Make preventative maintenance checks and inspections
- Repair equipment
- Valid Driver's license
- Min. CDL B required
- Test repaired equipment to insure operating efficiency.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds from ground level to waist level.
- Continuous standing and walking required throughout a scheduled work shift.
- Must be able to perform simple grasping and fine manipulation tasks with both hands
- Must be able to climb ladders and/or steps on equipment to access areas to be repaired.
- Must be able to bend, squat, kneel and crawl.
- Must be able to work in dirty, greasy, noisy, cold, hot and humid working conditions.
- Required to have acceptable corrected vision (in both eyes) and acceptable corrected hearing
- Must have the ability to reach, lift and perform work above shoulder height-and the ability to work on uneven surfaces and confined spaces.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include managing site activities, supervising subcontractors and staff, enforcing safety protocols, coordinating resources and materials, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders. The role requires high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Construction Site Management and ensuring compliance with Construction Safety standards. Must have at least 5 years experience with Tile and Soft Flooring for Commercial projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage schedules, monitor progress, and oversee project timelines.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Management, with a focus on resource allocation and cost control.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and regulations applicable to high-profile commercial projects.
- Relevant certifications in construction safety, project management, are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with your fellow EMTs and management to assure top tier patient care.
- Be flexible as emergency services operate on a 24-hour clock - your work shift schedule may vary due to the nature of the business.

- Be familiar with maps and capable of navigating in all response areas of the company.
- Assume responsibility for cleanliness of vehicle on a daily basis; stock the rigs; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection. Make sure that all utilized equipment is replaced at the end of shift, including the replacement of oxygen tanks. Inspect and report any vehicle damage or malfunction. Must refuel vehicle.
- Gather patient billing information and appropriate billing signatures.
- Prepare and submit a pre-hospital patient care report.
- Respond promptly to assignments as required by the Dispatch Center and have a working knowledge of the company communication systems and communication policies and procedures.
- The employee must be able to walk varying distances through facilities and outside in all types of weather while pushing/pulling the stretcher. The employee is also responsible for carrying equipment which weighs approximately 10 to 30 pounds.

- NJ EMT State Certification, or NREMT (minimum)
- Valid NJ Driver's License (for at least 2 years) and an acceptable driving record

Perform QA on a daily basis, as required
Minimum Qualifications:
High School graduate required.
Successful graduate from an AMA approved Radiology program
