Job SummaryIn this role, you will supervise employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment: plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Ensures effective employee relations. Provides employee coaching, development, and performance reviews. Administers the hiring, termination, and disciplinary process for production area personnel. Resolves employee issues through problem resolution.

- Adjust direct labor to support demand and manage available resources to ensure on time production and delivery of customer orders with consistent focus on labor absorption.

JOB SUMMARY:
- Assist the Quality Assurance Nurse Consultants with improvement initiatives such as implementation of electronic health records, new facility onboarding, and Director of Nursing training.
- When needed, serves as the Director of Nursing in assigned facilities and implements job duties as listed below.
- Directs, coordinates, and supervises all Nursing Services in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act. Sets the tone and atmosphere for the Nursing Services Department.
- Visits patients per established schedule to assure maximum quality care.
- Communicates daily with nursing staff to ascertain nursing needs and/or problems with patients and/or staffing.
- Assists with any patient emergency as needed.
- Assigns duties to professional nurses and non-professional nursing personnel, supervises and evaluates work performance.
- Prepares a work schedule for all nursing personnel in the assigned unit. The work schedule, when possible, will be posted one week before the present schedule expires. Preparation of the work schedule will assure that the required numbers of professional and non-professional nursing personnel are on duty for each shift.
- Implements the work schedule to include vacation and holidays due to the employees on the unit.
- Submits to Central Office the original time sheet with absentee slips/changes appropriate to absentees during the 14-day schedule period. Employee will be excused or unexcused and marked appropriately on the absentee slip/master schedule.
- Periodically make rounds to insure maximum care and to asses need for additional or modified services.
- Supervises the accuracy and maintenance of all nursing records and medical treatments. This also includes non-professional records.
- Assures open communication between staff, Charge Nurses and other nursing staff, as well as between other department staff.
- Meets with Supervisors/Charge Nurses on at least a weekly basis to discuss unit needs and possible solutions as well as to receive suggestions on matters pertaining to unit operations.
- Reviews nursing policies and procedures periodically and makes recommendations for changes/additions as necessary to Administrator and office.
- Reviews policies and procedures for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for the Nursing Services Department, and assures staff compliance.
- Serves on Safety Committee and adheres to safety practices of Facility. Monitors nursing staff for adherence to safety practices.
- Notifies Administrator of staffing needs in Nursing Department.
- Takes part in interviews for nursing staff and makes recommendations to Administrator for hiring. Monitors the orientation and training of nursing employees per Facility policy.
- Maintains employee records regarding requested shifts, assignments and seniority.
- Assists in maintaining and updating job descriptions for nursing department as needed.
- Handles disciplinary problems involving nursing personnel as needed, following established procedures. Documents all disciplinary problems and action and sends to Administrator for review and then to be placed in employee file.

Duties and Responsibilities

Answers customer phone calls for service and provides first level over-the-phone problem resolutions; maintains records, reports and documentation on systems and software specifications and configurations.
Responds to second level field support customer service calls; processes customer requests for new services related to desktop hardware and software including performing installations, upgrades, and training, and processing and monitoring purchase requests; installs, configures, designs and maintains network and communications hardware and software; troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software and network problems.
Tests new code delivered by vendors; works with users to validate all possibilities of usage; performs regression testing to ensure that any new code will not have a negative impact on existing applications; and communicates all issues to vendors for testing and resolution.

ACCOUNTABILITY:
The position of Cell Leader is a key catalyst on a manufacturing Cell Team, who works in conjunction with Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, and hourly Cell associates to manufacture or assemble a component or major assembly. As such, this individual must supervise a group or groups engaged in various activities in the Operations organization, and act with urgency to direct the resolution of technical and logistics problems and the introduction of measures to improve operations and customer relations.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
- Set work priorities aligned to satisfy company, customer demand and on-time delivery metrics. Collaborate with planner and peer Cell Leaders to schedule work through the various manufacturing work centers and manage work center to assure adequate flow of production. Section I: Brief Summary of the Job.
Under the supervision of the Community Development Director, the Building Official is an exempt position under FLSA. This employee is responsible for the overall guidance, direction and management of the City's building code function which includes overseeing and enforcing city codes by inspecting buildings, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems of construction projects and existing structures within the City of Spring Hill. In addition, this employee coordinates and oversees the activities and operations related to plan review, issuance of building permits, building construction inspection services and coordination of assigned activities. Other Responsibilities may include: Collaborates with other multidisciplinary team members to analyze and evaluate current systems of health care delivery to identify and implement new practice patterns as appropriate.
Participates in outside activities that enhance personal and professional growth and development.
Initiates arrangements and writes orders for SNF discharges and completes appropriate paperwork.
Works collaboratively with medical directors, care teams, case managers, social workers, family and key caregivers to transition the patient to a lower level of care as soon as medically appropriate.
Introduce self to patient/family and explain nurse practitioner role.
Facilitate patient/family conferences to review treatment goals, optimize resource utilization, provide family education and identify post-SNF needs.
Enhance a collaborative relationship to maximize the patient's/family's ability to make informed decisions re: goals of care, palliative care and hospice.
Facilitates discharge to appropriate level of care and uses preferred providers when additional services are required.
Prescribe medication to patients based on State of practice.
If dedicated to the Cardiovascular Care Team, cardiology duties include identifying and managing cardiology patients, ordering appropriate cardiology diagnostic tests, and administering cardiology specific therapeutic interventions as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.
