The Digital Products Configuration Management (DPCM), formerly known as Software Configuration Management (SWCM), department, is hiring a Principal Digital Product Configuration Management Engineer . The DPCM department provides innovative solutions through automation, continuous improvement, and a skilled workforce providing support for all digital products.

What You Will Do

• Perform builds and releases of digital products manually and/or certified pipelines
• Facilitate/Participate in the Process Change Boards (PCBs)/Digital Change Review Boards (DCRBs)
• Maintain, control, and administer of the Digital Products Development Library (DDL) (formerly known as Software Digital Library (SDL) tools
• Maintain control, traceability, consistency, and security of all configuration items across the digital development lifecycle

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires BS/BA Degree in Science, Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) a minimum 8 years of prior engineering experience

• Experience with DPCM/DevSecOps technology, Information Technology (IT), and/or development/scripting

General Description:

Supervises staff and executes QC Biochemistry laboratory activities to support GMP manufacturing, testing and release of material, intermediates and finished products under FDA/EU regulations, applicable International Regulations, processes and procedures. Establishes and implements QC Biochemistry procedures and supports regulatory compliance inspections. Ensures efficient and effective day to day operations of the Biochemistry laboratory.

Essential Functions of the job:

• Lead the QC Biochemistry GMP laboratory through late phase activities.

The annual base salary for the position is $165,000 to $195,000/yr., depending upon attorney experience, skills, and qualifications. Depending on billable hours, total compensation can range up to $207,000 for those at the lower end of the salary range to $245,000 at the higher end.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and litigate complex trust, estate, and conservatorship disputes, including but not limited to (a) will and trust contests (e.g., undue influence, lack of capacity, fraud); (b) breach of fiduciary duty claims against trustees, executors, and conservators; (c) petitions for instructions and accountings; (d) spousal property petitions; (e) elder abuse actions (financial and physical); (f) conservatorship contested matters; (g) probate and trust administration disputes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Handle all aspects of discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery, and taking/defending depositions.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Develop and implement effective case strategies.
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex matters.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate time records and ensure compliance with billing requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• Five or more (5+) years of demonstrable experience specializing in California Trust & Estates Litigation
• Strong understanding of the California Probate Code, related statutes, and case law
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to draft persuasive legal documents and advocate effectively in court
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
• Experience with trial preparation and courtroom advocacy is highly preferred
• A proven track record of successfully resolving complex litigation matters
• Ability to work on a hybrid schedule requiring three (3) days in the office after ninety (90) days of employment

• Provide educational support to enrolled patients on the injection technique of approved Disease Modifying Therapies and provide education surrounding client-offered support services

What will you be doing?  

• Provide education through in-services (account calls) to HCPs and HCP staff on Product specific information including but not limited to Product information, disease state information, dosing protocols and information, administration of product, and adverse events of Product.  
• To present educational programs to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office  
• Engage in Program related communications with client’s field-based sales force (representatives and district managers).  
• Communicate to the Manager any concerns identified during the in-service education process. The Manager will serve as the single point of contact with Merck for all Program related communication.  
• Accurate and timely reporting of all visits, including but not limited to the type of education conducted, length of visit, and office that was visited. A visit is defined as a customer interaction-in-services and scheduled or unscheduled customer engagements.  
• Report on interactions with HCPs and HCP staff  
• Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to; daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails and monthly expense reports  
• Coordinate and schedule travel to oncology offices with client Sales Representatives  
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers  
• To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio or the Client requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe  
• Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the team

• Must have at least three (3) years of oncology nursing experience that includes, but is not limited to, direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access. Chemotherapy infusion experience required.  
• Strong problem-solving skills.  Demonstrable organizational skills and/or previous territory management is preferred  
• A self-starter with high personal motivation  
• Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance.  
• Ability to travel, including overnight travel. The amount of travel varies by territory but may be up to 100% travel.  
• Must have good communication, speaking, and writing skills. Ability to conduct one on one and group presentations, manage administrative responsibilities consistent with a field-based territory management position.  

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Certification in IV Therapy (CRNI) preferred  
• Adult oncology experience
