Qualifications:

Paoli Hospital is seeking an accomplished, visionary Trauma Surgeon to serve as Medical Director of the Main Line Health Trauma Program at our Level II Trauma Center. The Laboratory for Synthetic Immunity (LSI) is an interdisciplinary research group in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech & Emory School of Medicine. Founded in 2014 by Director Dr. Gabe Kwong, the mission of LSI is to pioneer the next wave of immunotherapies and diagnostics to intercept diseases at an early stage and develop treatments that drive deep responses to meaningfully improve patient outcomes.
We are currently seeking exceptional individuals to join our research group as a Postdoctoral Fellow. The successful candidate will be a motivated and creative individual that will pioneer new categories of immune biosensors that leverage design principles from synthetic biology and cell engineering for early cancer detection. - Skilled in molecular cloning, lentivirus production, T cell transduction, protein production and purification.

- Experience with qPCR, next-generation sequencing (NGS) library preparation, NGS data analysis is plus.

- Develop understanding of process and device requirements for current and future DRAM memory cell and access device technologies and help establish electrical specifications.

- Contribute to the cell material and process flow definition.
- Understand and develop physical and electrical models for fundamental yield-limiting mechanisms in DRAM technologies through statistical data analysis of experiments conducted in semiconductor fab.

- Devise and implement experiments and stress tests to evaluate DRAM memory cell and access device capabilities and properties and the effects on reliability, functionality, and performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
- You have a detailed knowledge of mainstream memory technologies such as DRAM, NAND, NOR, & SRAM acquired through significant industry experience.
- Ability to characterize DRAM memory arrays on bench and other platforms to identify fail modes and guide process development.
- Expertise in device physics.
- You are very familiar with both Process Integration & Circuit/Architecture issues as they relate to memory.
- You are proficient with data analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques (JMP, Python).
- Education: MS (+ 5 years of experience) or PhD with hands research work or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or other related technical field is required.
