Location: Faribault, MN

Compensation: $20.00 per hour paid weekly

Schedule: 2nd Shift | MondayThursday | 3:30pm- 2:00am

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring LoadBanks Assembler workers for a power distribution equipment manufacturer in Faribault, MN. In this role, youll assemble, wire, and test electrical loadbank units that support high-quality power distribution products. If you enjoy hands-on assembly work, using tools, and following detailed prints or schematics, this position offers a great long-term opportunity with weekly pay.

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components following prints and manufacturing instructions
• Mount devices, route and connect wiring, and perform OHM testing
• Read and interpret BOMs, assembly drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Follow work orders and produce accurate, high-quality assemblies
• Complete required in-process quality checks and escalate non-conformances
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Perform additional assembly or production tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read instructions and visually inspect final parts
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform frequent standing, bending, and movement
• Good hand dexterity and grip strength
• Ability to interpret diagrams/schematics (preferred)
• Wiring or electrical assembly experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Ability to pass any required background check and/or drug screening
