Role Overview

The Warehouse & Shipping Manager is responsible for the daily flow of inventory, order assembly, and on-time shipment. This role blends hands-on warehouse leadership with process ownership and light customer communication. You will ensure that products move from receiving to customer delivery accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

This position requires a proven record of trustworthiness and accountability. TDL required.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory with accuracy
• Maintain clean, labeled, and logical warehouse layouts
• Assemble products and prepare parcels according to order specifications
• Ensure same-day or on-time shipping targets are consistently met
• Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment needs early
• Use shipping, inventory, and order management software daily

• Communicate with customers when needed to provide shipment updates and reassurance
• Coordinate with leadership on logistics, carriers, and cost efficiencies

• Proficiently use detailed drawings to perform product-processing functions such as assembly, soldering and labeling, following IPC standards and techniques and accurately verifying BOL's in job packets. Meet or exceed individual rework goals that are set based on yearly team averages

Summary: 

Immediate hire at thriving company. Will be responsible for filling out the verification sheet for each job assigned. Reading and understanding assembly drawings. Read and understand assembly, test and packaging procedures. Complete necessary paperwork accurately for each Job order following GDP (Good Documentation Practices). Follow 5s processes. Package and label all products including batteries from cleanroom. Set up, Client out parts and maintain a clean working environment at all times . Performs a range of routine mechanical assembly of small parts or components in accordance with company instructions and procedures . Performs mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and potting. Visually inspect assemblies and subassemblies in progress to ensure compliance with assembly drawings and assembly procedures. Test air motor, medical devices following test established procedures. Reports on any unusual problems that occur during testing, packaging or assembling components. Notify assembly supervisor or manager of discrepancies. Identify non -conformance and initiate require documentation. Documentation may include (Non - conforming material report). Request parts from stockroom when needed. Sign and approve first articles.

The Production Manager provides managerial oversight in the grower processer facility and reports to the Operations Director. The Production Manager is responsible for the departmental success of both the Post Harvest and Non-Flower Packaging areas of the operation. This includes managing the teams and optimizing processes for trimming, curing, packaging and labeling of flower goods, and packaging and labeling of Non-Flower manufactured goods, including but not limited to trimming, weighing, packaging, and labeling of material designated for fresh frozen, wholesale, or finished goods, maintaining inventory updates and adjustments and ensuring a compliant processing environment.

Environmental Factors:

This position requires working in an environment that has a high amount of plant matter and pollen. Areas of the facility reach high/low temperatures with high humidity levels. Employees may have exposure to conditions such as dust, plant matter, and particles that affect the respiratory system, eyes, or skin, depending on department job assignments. Employees are required to wear protective gear and have the option to wear eye and ear protection. Certain areas of the facility use harsh chemicals for cleaning such as bleach and can have repetitive movements. Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on 3D Printing Technician to support daily production across SLS, SLA, LPBF, FDM, and DLS platforms. This role offers technical variety, daily problem-solving, and the opportunity to directly influence part quality, repeatability, and throughput in a dynamic, safety-focused engineering environment. You will work side-by-side with our engineering team to interpret build intent, execute precise machine turnovers, drive reliable post-processing, and continuously improve processes and workflow.

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

• Prepare, start, and monitor additive manufacturing builds across multiple technologies. (e.g., SLS, LPBF, FDM, SLA, and DLS)
• Post process/finish parts and perform visual inspections against drawings/routers; identify common defects and document findings
• Package parts per site standards; protect, label, and hand off to shipping.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment and escalate as needed.
• Maintain 5S; manage materials with correct labeling and storage.

About the Role

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of materials, products, and resources within and outside the manufacturing plant. This role ensures that all logistical operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations including both the delivery and receipt of goods. The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting production schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries to customers and our service department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods, and the safe and successful loading/unloading of trucks.
• Negotiate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics service providers to secure cost-effective and reliable transportation and border services.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any transportation and/or border issues that arise.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock replenishment utilizing the ERP system.
• Ensure that all inventory is received, and labelled and all movements are accurately recorded in the inventory management system.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and/or cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
• Work closely with the purchasing, receiving, production, warehouse, and service teams to ensure that materials and products are processed and labeled in a timely manner and are available as needed on and off-site.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage lead times, delivery schedules, and order quantities.
• Support production planning by providing accurate and timely information on material availability and delivery status.
• Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including import/export laws, hazardous materials handling, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency in all areas.
• Implement best practices in logistics management and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding logistics inquiries, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Resolve any logistical issues or delays that impact customer satisfaction and communicate updates proactively to the appropriate parties affected.
• Build and maintain relationships with logistics service providers, carriers, customers and suppliers.
• Evaluate the performance of logistics vendors and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Logistics, Warehousing and Manufacturing Environment
• Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft office and shipping platforms (Fed-ex/Purolator/UPS)
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and ERP.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Experience planning and negotiating with carriers and transport/customs brokers
• Experience dealing with customs documentation and border services

Responsibilities:

• May feed, remove, flex, jog, and stack printed sheets, folded signatures, labels or other in-process product to and from the equipment in the area assigned
• Load and unloads materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
• May load materials into trucks and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit, using hand tools
• Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using hand truck, electric dolly, or other device
• Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers
• Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together, using banding machine and clincher May occasionally use automated equipment and/or operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products

• Basic knowledge of general warehouse layout, item identification codes, basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and familiarity with the storage areas in order to be able to place or pull paper stock, signatures and materials in accordance with standard procedures
• Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items in accordance with operating instructions or under guidance of a higher level employee
• Basic knowledge of shrink-wrap equipment
• Able to complete appropriate forms relating to stock description, quantity, unit of issue, and the labeling requirements for incoming and outgoing materials
• Basic skill in the use of shrink-wrap or strapping equipment, manual dollies, pallet jacks, carts or hand trucks and hand tools used in material handling tasks such as hammers, pliers, strapping and stretch wrapping tools and equipment, tape fasteners, metal band sheers and related equipment
