The Opportunity
Our Client is seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join its team in Irvine. This is a fully onsite role offering the opportunity to manage a high-volume caseload, advocate for injured clients, and drive favorable settlements prior to litigation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about achieving strong outcomes through strategic negotiation and case development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pre-litigation caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement
- Conduct liability analysis and damages assessment
- Draft and review demand letters and settlement packages
- Advise clients regarding case strategy, medical treatment, and claim progress
- Evaluate policy limits, coverage issues, and third-party claims
- Collaborate with litigation attorneys when matters require escalation
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
- 2+ years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and settlement skills
- Experience handling high-volume caseloads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client-focused mindset with strong organizational abilities
Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between [$120,000 β $150,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Qualifications
- Active California Bar license in good standing

The candidate will provide legal counsel, represent clients in court, and manage all cases within their designated practice area.

Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Premises Liability, and Construction defect cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and ensure all necessary paperwork is filed in a timely manner.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations.
- Prepare and argue motions, attend depositions, and engage in all aspects of litigation.
- Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Premises Liability, and Construction defect cases.
- Work collaboratively with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to achieve optimal case outcomes.
Qualifications:
