What will you do? What are we looking for? Role Summary

The React Native Tech Lead will lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications, guide the technical direction of the team, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions. This role is hands-on, with ownership of architecture decisions, code quality, and team mentoring, while actively collaborating with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of React Native mobile applications
• Own technical design, architecture, and implementation decisions
• Guide and mentor React Native developers
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards & best practices
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, QA, DevOps teams, and customers
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of mobile apps

Required Technical Skills

Core Skills

• Strong expertise in React Native
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript

JD:

7–15 years in test automation with 5+ years in banking/payments platforms.

• Strong in one or more: Java, C#, Python, or TypeScript; hands on with Selenium/Playwright/Cypress and API testing (RestAssured/Postman).

• Experience with message validation (JSON, XML, ISO 20022 schemas), file-based and real-time processing, asynchronous and event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).

• Solid grasp of CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Git, Docker/K8s, environment variables/secrets, and test parallelization.

• Proven capability with SQL and at least one NoSQL (e.g., Mongo); experience setting up synthetic test data and masking strategies.

A confidential organization is seeking an Applications Development Team Lead to lead enterprise application development efforts while remaining hands-on in technical delivery.
