Job Summary and QualificationsThe Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures. This role requires specialized clinical expertise and a deep understanding of the unique needs of pediatric cardiac patients. The RN collaborates closely with cardiovascular surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and the broader perioperative team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care throughout the surgical continuum.
Utilizing established nursing frameworks such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage,” the RN provides individualized care that supports optimal surgical outcomes. The RN advocates for the safety and well-being of patients and their families, ensuring that care is developmentally appropriate and emotionally supportive. This role also upholds the organization’s mission, vision, and values by fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement in the CVOR environment.
Position Details:
- Self/preferential scheduling posted four weeks in advance for you to have predictability in your schedule
- Culture of mutual respect and collaboration among all surgical staff
- Continuous investment in equipment including surgical instruments, devices and patient positioning for you to do your best work with patient safety and workflow efficiency in the Operating Room
- Rounding with unit leaders, including charge nurses, to ensure your voice is heard on suggestions for patient care and surgical workflow improvement
- On-call is required during select non-business hours
What you will do in this role:
- Evaluate patients prior to surgery
- Provide patient and family education surrounding the procedure and peri-operative process
- Assume responsibility for patient preparation, including intravenous therapy, preoperative medications, and surgical site verification
- Participate in surgical site verification, including briefing, time out, debriefing, and universal protocols, according to hospital policy
- Recognize and respond to patient emergencies
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Be an integral member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team – consisting of the provider(s), surgeons, surgical technologists and more
- Consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients
- Assess patient condition, monitor throughout your shift, and document changes in patient condition along with the care provided thoroughly
- Educate patients and families/caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, treatment and follow-up measures

Job Summary and QualificationsThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. Here is some of what you can expect from being a Pre-Admissions Testing Registered Nurse with us:
- You will serve as primary nurse leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care prior to admission and procedure/surgery.

What qualifications you will need:

- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.

Job Description
RESONSIBILITIES:
Working directly with the CEO/Founder, the duties are as follows:
-Perform all financial and accounting activities, including financial statement preparation, forecasting, budgeting, bank statement reconciliation, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury.
- Assist in maintaining accounting ledgers; preparing cash transaction entries for general ledger; posting and reviewing journals; monitoring investment fees; updating dividends; reconciling accounts by comparing and adjusting transactions.
- Assist in maintaining special market accounts by ensuring compliance with procedures for safekeeping, maintenance, and control of special market collateral; executing and maintaining investment accounts; maintaining records and control of investment accounts; completing accounting functions. Verify accounting transactions and reports by reviewing and controlling accounting activities, including generally accepted accounting practices changes to investment accounting practices.
- Complete investment reports for tax return preparation by completing required information.
- Represent the Company in protesting property tax appraisal values.
- Prepare federal, state, and local tax documents by preparing property tax returns, state pages, and federal, state, and municipal returns, extensions, and quarterly payments. Maintain compliance with regulations by forwarding required information to federal, state, and local authorities.
- Prepare tax provision schedules by reviewing, preparing, and consolidating provision schedules.
- Recommend tax strategies by researching federal, state, and local taxation issues.
- Ascertaining the Company remains current on all tax matters, including proactive in planning on a proactive basis.
- Attending weekly and month-end meetings with the Management Team to review results/projects et al, and discuss strategies, develop action plans and assess actions, results et al.
- Managing tax research projects to achieve accurate and efficient results as a key Company resource.
- Maintaining/modeling monthly, quarterly and yearly projections for the various taxable entities and keeping such up to date.
- Acting as a resource for tax advisor(s) on specific tax issues and questions; Communicating to the appropriate personnel important tax and tax developments affecting the Company.
- Maintaining knowledge of general economic and political trends of possible tax or other legislation that could affect the business climate.
- Assuming responsibility for smooth flow of tax information to/from the tax advisors to ensure accurate, complete and timely preparation and delivery of all Company tax returns.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Preparing other reports and projects as requested from time to time by the Company, outside tax partner and performing other duties as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CPA with Oil & Gas E&P Tax Compliance, and Combination of Industry/Big Four Et Al Tax Experience, including Controller Experience with Oil & Gas E&P Accounting
