Position Description: The primary objective of the Landscape Management Account Director is to Manage the existing book of accounts and aquire New Accounts for the company. The Landscape Management Account Director must be familiar with all aspects of commercial landscape maintenance to include: sales, production, customer service, estimating, etc. The Landscape Management Account Director oversees all interaction with the client and keeps them informed as to all aspects of the maintenance process while under our care including green season and winter season services. The Landscape Management Account Director maintains contact with the client, prepares and presents proposals, completes sales, interfaces with company production and accounting personnel, and interfaces with subcontractors and vendors as required throughout the length of the contract.

Skill Set and Educational Requirements: The Landscape Management Account Director must possess the following skill set and educational background:
- Minimum of three years of combined landscape production and sales experience (or similar in related field).
- An associate's degree or more (preferably in the Green Industry)
- Possess a valid driver's license and must be insurable on company's insurance policy
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Proficient in or able to learn customer relationship management (CRM) software

Job Summary and Qualifications
General Statement of Duties:
Responsible for diagnostic imaging equipment to produce contrast enhanced radiographs of blood vessels to aid physician in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Operates fluoroscope to aid physician in viewing image of the guide wire or catheter through blood vessel to area of interest. Fills automatic injector with contrast media, sets flow rate, and activates injection of contrast media into blood vessels of patient, as directed by physician. Monitors video display of area of interest and adjusts density and contrast to obtain optimum exposure and starts filming sequence. Assure that sterile or non-sterile supplies such as contrast materials, catheters or other required equipment, are present and in working order or requisition materials.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, Required Knowledge, Skill, Abilities and Other Job-Related Characteristics:
1. Education: Successful completion of radiologic technology program
2. Experience: 1 year experience as a radiologic technologist in a hospital setting
3. Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable).
Preferred: Advanced certification in Special Procedures or Cardiovascular Technology is preferred.
Minimum License, Certificates, or Registrations Required:
Required: Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification from Texas Department of Health Preferred: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (VI) is desired.

Employees shall assist in collection of data, reviewing and revising the CQI program to be in compliance with accrediting agencies, hospital goals, departmental policies and procedures. The Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital (MSSN) seeks a Chief of Gastroenterology and Hepatobiliary in Oceanside, NY!
The Division of Gastroenterology at Mount Sinai has 10 physician faculty members at the hospital, including general GI, advanced interventionalists, mobility, IBD and hepatology experts. In addition, there are full time GI faculty at Mount Sinai Doctors Practices across Nassau and Suffolk Counties, and there are many voluntary GI physicians closely affiliated with the hospital and our endoscopic services. The hospital provides a full platform of specialized high-tech interventions (POEMS, EUS, etc.) in our very busy endoscopy unit, and the hospital performs complex hepatobiliary procedures, has an IBD center, a Mobility Center and there are two new major outpatient state-of-the-art ambulatory pavilions. The Division has 8 GI fellows (6 regular GI fellows plus 2 advanced interventional fellows) and participates closely with the Internal Medicine and General Surgery residency programs, and our colo-rectal surgeons. The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is seeks to recruit an outstanding Physician-Scientist to serve as its next Chief of the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Bone Disease in the Department of Medicine. Mount Sinai is currently in the top 10-12 in NIH support nationally, and is located in a beautiful part of New York City directly adjacent to 5th Avenue and Central Park. Mount Sinai Endocrinology has satellite practices in multiple parts of New York City, and is strong clinically in Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, MASH, MAFLD, obesity, thyroid disease, adrenal disease, pituitary disease and reproductive disorders, and has one of the largest automated insulin delivery (AID) system programs in the US. Administrative responsibilities include: annual performance evaluations for faculty and staff, budget reports, profit and loss reports, coordination of staffing and establishment of policies and procedures in accordance with approved departmental and school administrative policies.
Oversee clinical practice development, including the ongoing strategic growth of two Sinai Doctors faculty practices on the Upper West Side Education and Mentoring Responsibilities : The Division Chief will:
Bring an established record of mentorship at all levels including the ability to foster the growth of both the Clinician-Educator and the Clinician-Researcher;
Develop new and innovative educational goals consistent with the objectives of the System GME and Department of Medicine;
Support the development and maturation of new curricula in the Endocrinology Fellowship Program at Mount Sinai.
Responsible for all teaching aspects of the Division regarding medical students, house staff, fellowship training and continuing medical education. The educational program should include bedside training, didactic sessions, preparation of conferences and a written core curriculum.
The curriculum. The Division Chief is responsible for developing educational goals consistent with the objectives recommended by Residency Review Committee guidelines. Qualifications
Candidates must have an MD or DO.
Candidates must have or be eligible for a New York medical license and must be board certified or eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism with preference given to those with advanced degrees.
Substantial experience in clinical practice development, mentorship and faculty management are highly desired.
Experience and achievement suitable for faculty appointment at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai at the Associate Professor or Professor rank.
Candidates must have demonstrated leadership experience in academic medicine, clinical practice, or professional societies.
Candidates must have national recognition in clinical, translational, and/or basic research.
Candidates must have requisite experience and leadership qualities to develop a vision for how to sustain and grow all facets of the division’s missions as well as foster a collaborative and collegial work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Oversight:
- Serve as Division Chief of Neuromuscular Disorders and supervise division faculty.
- Direct the MDA-designated ALS Center of Excellence and the Electromyography (EMG) Laboratory at RWJUH-New Brunswick.
- Guide program development and faculty mentoring within the division.
- Clinical Excellence:
- Provide patient care for neuromuscular disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Perform electrodiagnostic testing (EMG/NCS) in multiple care environments.
- Participate in consult services and the general neurology clinic, including satellite sites as needed.
- Take part in night and weekend call schedules.
- Academic & Educational Engagement:
- Contribute meaningfully to the department’s academic mission, including:
- Teaching and mentoring neurology residents and fellows.
- Lecturing and supervising medical students in pre-clinical and clinical settings.
- Participating in resident clinic and small-group seminars.
- Collaborate in administrative activities, departmental meetings, and strategic planning.

- Engage in ongoing clinical neuromuscular research initiatives.
- Provide neurological care to underserved populations.

Qualifications:

- NJ licensed or eligible for licensure
