Role Overview

We are hiring a Homes Editor that will be responsible for cultivating and expanding Chicago's network of luxury interior designers and architects, developing strong, long-term relationships that bring top-tier talent into LUXE’s ecosystem. Success requires proactive research, on-the-ground scouting, and long-lead project planning, all grounded in trusted partnerships with design professionals. The Homes Editor reports to the Editor-in-Chief and works closely with the Managing Editor to coordinate day-to-day priorities, project timelines, assignments, and deadlines. Regular check-ins ensure smooth execution from feature conception through publication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source, acquire, and develop high-quality home features for print and digital publication
  • Write feature stories on a monthly basis and contribute Front of Book content as needed
  • Represent LUXE at regional design events and host gatherings to strengthen brand engagement
  • Assign, manage, and edit freelance writers, including oversight of contracts and deadlines

The Division

The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at the University of Florida is committed to delivering the highest quality care for patients with complex lung disease, sleep disorders, and critical illness, while advancing the field through research and education. The Division is anchored by over 50 clinical and research faculty members, and supports a robust training environment that includes fellowship programs in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine, Sleep Medicine, Interventional Pulmonology, and Lung Transplantation, as well as research trainees in research laboratories, totaling over 40 trainees at any given time.

The Division provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, including care in two medical ICUs, interstitial lung disease and pulmonary hypertension programs, lung transplantation, interventional pulmonology, cystic fibrosis, asthma and COPD, a rare lung disease program, an NTM clinic, and the full spectrum of sleep medicine services, generating an annual clinical income of $12.5M in FY25.

Our faculty lead and participate in basic, translational, and clinical research programs focused on lung injury, pulmonary immunology, pulmonary vascular disease, fibrotic lung diseases, emphysema, alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency, and mathematical biology. In addition, the Division currently has 40 actively recruiting clinical trials in interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, sarcoidosis, asthma, lung transplantation, cystic fibrosis, ARDS, pneumonia, and rare/genetic lung diseases. Taken together, the annual research income of the Division exceeded $7.5M in FY25.

Key responsibilities of the Chief

The Chief will:

  • Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction for all clinical, research, educational, and administrative activities of the division.
  • Grow state-of-the-art clinical programs in medical ICUs and advanced subspecialty pulmonary and sleep medicine.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, quality, and safety in intensive care, aligning with national best practices in critical care delivery.
  • Foster robust research programs in basic, translational, clinical, or implementation science, and support faculty in securing extramural funding and building high-impact collaborative projects.
  • Oversee and enhance fellowship and resident education in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine.
  • Recruit, retain, and mentor faculty and trainees, promoting a supportive environment for their career development.
  • Represent the Division at departmental, college, health system, and national forums, raising its visibility and impact regionally and nationally.

Ideal candidate profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A distinguished record of accomplishment in pulmonary, critical care, and/or sleep medicine, with evidence of excellence in clinical care, scholarship, and education.
  • A track record of program-building, team leadership, and successful collaboration with multidisciplinary partners.
  • A strong portfolio of peer-reviewed publications and, for physician–scientists, a record of extramural funding or clear potential to develop a funded research program.
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring faculty, fellows, and residents, helping them achieve academic promotion and leadership roles.
  • Strategic vision to advance the division’s national reputation in key focus areas.

Candidates should be at the Professor or Associate Professor level. Both physician–scientists and clinically focused academic leaders will be considered.

The Department also has divisions including Stroke and Cerebrovascular Diseases which supports a Joint Commission-certified Comprehensive Stroke Center, an active Neuromuscular division with a Neurophysiology lab, Movement Disorders, Neuro-Immunology, Neuro-Oncology, and Cognitive Neurology, which supports a multidisciplinary Memory Care Center.

The Department of Medicine, Baylor Scott and White Central Texas Region, is looking for a new Division Chief to lead our existing group of 6 faculty Physicians, 3 Advanced Practice Providers, and 1 Fellow who perform inpatient and outpatient work at our 600-bed tertiary/quaternary hospital in Temple. The new Chief would take over from an existing physician who is transitioning to part-time after years of outstanding leadership. 

The SPC program is high-functioning and mature, with Joint Commission Certification, an ACGME-accredited fellowship, and strong partnerships with Inpatient Medicine, Geriatrics, Oncology, and Heart Transplant. The multidisciplinary team includes a chaplain, social worker, and child-life specialist. Growth opportunities include building upon the health system-wide SPC infrastructure to develop robust research programs, and possible leadership in the BSWH Hospice program.

The position reports to the Chair of Medicine, Dr. Michael Volk. 20% time is protected for administrative/leadership duties, with additional protected time a possibility for research and/or hospice involvement depending upon the candidate’s interests and background.

Minimum Qualifications:

Doctorate Degree in Medicine

Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board

The Department of Internal Medicine at University of Toledo Medical Center invites applications for the position of Chief, Division of Nephrology. This is an outstanding opportunity for a visionary leader to guide a dynamic division within a thriving academic medical center. The successful candidate will be appointed at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor, commensurate with experience and qualifications, and will hold an endowed position in recognition of academic excellence.

The Division of Nephrology has an accredited fellowship program and is integral to the education of medical students, residents, and fellows. The institution also maintains an active kidney transplant program, offering additional opportunities for collaboration in clinical care, education, and research. The incoming Chief will be expected to foster excellence in clinical care, research, education, and faculty development, and to collaborate across the institution to advance nephrology as a discipline. Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership of the Division of Nephrology.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain outstanding faculty, fellows, and staff.
  • Oversee and strengthen the nephrology fellowship program, with active engagement in undergraduate and graduate medical education.
  • Promote a culture of academic excellence, diversity, and collaboration.
  • Advance the research mission of the division by fostering innovative basic, translational, clinical, and/or health services research.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered nephrology services across inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Collaborate with institutional leadership to enhance the visibility and impact of the Division regionally and nationally.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MD or MD/PhD degree (or equivalent) with board certification in Nephrology.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Ohio.
  • Academic accomplishments commensurate with appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor.
  • Demonstrated success in leadership roles within an academic medical center.
  • Strong record of scholarly achievement, with evidence of extramural funding preferred.
  • Commitment to excellence in clinical care, education, and mentorship.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive and collaborative environment.
