The Role

As a Design Intern at Absolutely Ridiculous, you'll be hands-on in the creative heart of the fastest-growing sports and lifestyle brand in the world. Working directly alongside our founder and Creative Director in addition to our design team in-house and remote, you'll support the full design lifecycle—from initial concept through production-ready tech packs—across our hard goods, soft goods, and marketing channels. 


What You’ll Get To Do

  • Assist in the development and review of tech packs for new product releases, ensuring design intent is accurately translated for manufacturing partners
  • Support hard goods design across our core product lines—baseball and softball gloves, sliding mitts, and protective accessories — with attention to construction, materials, colorways, and brand consistency
  • Contribute to soft goods design for headwear, apparel, and lifestyle products, helping bring our art-forward aesthetic to wearable categories
  • Create and adapt marketing graphics for product launches, social media drops, and brand campaigns—including assets for the brand's signature sneaker-culture drop model
  • Collaborate with the creative team on concept development for upcoming collections and collaborations
  • Help maintain and organize digital design files, ensuring brand assets are well-structured and accessible
  • Participate in product review sessions and offer creative input during ideation phases


Who You Are

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, Fashion Design, or a related field
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required; InDesign a plus) Familiar with tech pack creation or eager to learn the process; understanding of product construction basics (leather goods, stitching, hardware) is a plus
  • Deeply curious about the intersection of art, culture, sport, fashion, and music — you understand what makes a product feel like more than just equipment

JOB DESCRIPTION


As the operations and customer services associate, you will be a key member of our core team and work closely with our Co-Founders and manage all aspects of operational processes including customer service, warehouse management, inventory management, shipping and logistics. Staff/Senior Level:

The Staff or Senior Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and a member of the care delivery team. The APP is responsible to set the standards for the level and quality of care. The APP has responsibility, authority, and accountability for the provision of care through supervision by and collaboration with a physician. The APP manages and provides patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through the application of independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with all team members. The role of the APP encompasses the beginnings of leadership, partnership, collaboration, and supervision. The APP establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians, other health care providers, patients, and their families, to achieve desired patient outcomes throughout the continuum of care. The APP begins to demonstrate a commitment to the community and to their healthcare profession.

The successful candidate will be placed according to years and months of experience for employment purposes. The posted salary range is for the Senior level which requires three (3) or more years of APP experience.

The purpose of a Dentist is to provide patients with exceptional dental care and to remove barriers to a patient’s ability to maintain a healthy smile.


Dentists are responsible for the treatment of problems associated with the teeth and surrounding tissues in the mouth. Dentists also provide education and administer care to assist in preventing future dental problems. Instruction may be provided on brushing, flossing, diet, the use of fluorides and all other aspects related to dental care. Other responsibilities of dentists may include: Providing exams, reviewing radiographs, treatment planning, restoring teeth, extracting teeth, fabrication of fixed and removable prosthesis, root canal treatments, and treatment of periodontal disease. A dentist may also write prescriptions and administer anesthetics.

  • Conduct routine exams for patients to assess their dental condition and diagnose possible issues.
  • Utilize dental equipment in the evaluation and treatment of patients.
  • Restore teeth, extract teeth, and replacement of missing teeth and preventative treatments
  • Administer local anesthetic to keep patients comfortable during treatment.
  • Appropriate use of PPE/infection control protocols when providing dental treatment to patients.
  • Some laboratory work may be required. Some work may be sent out to dental laboratories.
  • Refer patients to specialists as needed.

We work collaboratively with justice partners to serve the community of Renton with integrity and transparency.

We are seeking a Judicial Specialist 1 to join our team. Our Judicial Specialists provide technical and administrative support to the court and provide assistance to our court users and community members. Work is performed independently and as part of a team. Tasks are completed with general guidelines and require some independent judgment. Contribute to the City's vision, mission, and goals in the performance of all job duties. This classification is part of a series.

Overview

Perform accounting support functions for residential properties. This position requires close coordination with the Property Manager, Department Managers, Corporate Accounting and the Systems Manager. Responsibilities

    • Maintain GAAP accrual general ledger for a portfolio of multifamily assets.
    • Prepare and process monthly journal entries. Produce monthly financial statements according to the established schedule and analyze results. Communicate concerns to the Accounting Manager.
    • Complete and analyze various account reconciliations including cash, accounts receivable, prepaid rent, tenant security deposits and gross potential rent.
    • Review income, expense and capital purchases for accurate coding and payment. Resolve issues with Property Manager or other departments as necessary.
    • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
    • Perform special projects as needed and provide support to the accounting and property management teams.
