 Wellhart is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) specializing in Anesthesiology for a locum tenens position in Texas. This 120-day assignment begins on 12/08/2025, at a clinic setting. The CRNA will work a schedule of 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, for a total of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with various case types, including orthopedic, general, gynecological, pain management, and urology procedures. The position follows a Supervision Model, and familiarity with the Cerner electronic health record system is beneficial. This opportunity offers the potential for extension beyond the initial assignment period.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures, including orthopedic, general, gynecological, pain management, and urology cases

• Work collaboratively within a Supervision Model

• Utilize the Cerner electronic health record system for patient documentation

• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans

• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed during procedures

• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period

• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives as required
