Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site CDL B Truck Driver role located in Houston, TX. The CDL B Truck Driver will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport equipment to and from construction sites. Day-to-day responsibilities include vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, loading and unloading materials, and assisting with general on-site construction tasks as needed. Adherence to all traffic laws and company policies is essential to this role.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid CDL B Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in vehicle maintenance checks, including pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations related to driving commercial vehicles.
• Ability to load, unload, and secure materials safely and efficiently.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for coordinating with on-site teams.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Experience with highway construction or similar industries is a plus.

About the Role

The Analyst will partner closely with senior leadership across all aspects of the Company’s self-storage investment platform. This role offers a rare opportunity to join a buy-side firm and gain hands-on experience from day one. The Analyst will play an active role in underwriting and evaluating investment opportunities and will support the investment decision-making process.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and evaluate potential investment opportunities
• Thoughtfully and diligently analyze investment findings
• Perform extensive due diligence and assist in deal execution
• Perform in-depth industry, demographic and economic research
• Compose investment committee memorandums
• Assist and collaborate with multiple departments to facilitate a range of firm-wide initiatives
• Other responsibilities include asset management functions, investor relations workstreams, and portfolio management, including accounting for monthly and quarterly performance numbers and assisting in the annual budget process
• Work collaboratively with team members throughout the deal process and assist in various ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications

• December 2025 or May 2026 graduate- undergraduate degree required
• Previous summer internship(s) demonstrating relevant real estate finance, investments or banking work experience analyzing investments

Pay range and compensation package

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $95,000 plus an annual discretionary performance-based bonus. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and performance. In addition to the base salary, employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-paid premiums for medical, dental and vision insurance, and access to pretax benefit accounts, including FSA, HSA, and Commuter accounts. Job Purpose

To diagnose problems and make necessary repairs to maintain, and/or install plant machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

• Receive oral and/or written instructions from supervisor.
• Make repairs to plant equipment as needed to eliminate operating problems.
• Perform welding and fabrications as per drawings and blueprints.
• Routinely check operating condition of equipment and maintain records, as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed and maintain record.
• Make installations and alignments to ensure proper equipment operations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform all duties in accordance with safety and environmental rules and regulations.
• Work overtime as needed (Unscheduled downtime), and On Call

Experience:
