We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support large-scale digital transformation and SaaS implementation projects. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical squads to translate business goals into clear requirements, workflows, user stories, and solution designs.

Quality Assurance & Delivery Validation• Lead internal QA/UAT cycles by cross-validating delivery outputs against functional specifications and acceptance criteria.

• Define and execute test scenarios, validate defect resolution, and document QA outcomes for internal and client sign-off.
• Support client UAT execution by coordinating test plans, facilitating validation sessions, and ensuring delivery compliance with client expectations.
• Ensure production-readiness of delivery packages before go-live, partnering with the PM/Proxy PO and delivery leads on release validation.
• 5–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in consulting, SaaS, digital transformation, or enterprise programs.

As the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing B2B and DTC digital marketing strategies to meet specific revenue targets for . This role requires expertise in performance marketing (converting website visitors into customers), e-commerce marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC), and digital marketing analytics with a proven track record building and executing omnichannel digital strategy for B2B and DTC audiences in an agile, entrepreneurial environment. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Marketing Automation Expertise:

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Job Summary
The Library () at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a collaborative and knowledgeable librarian to lead and manage digital accessibility services to further support the Library's ongoing commitment to ensure that all Library resources and digital assets can be used by all members of the Georgia Tech community, regardless of ability. The Title II and Digital Access Librarian works collaboratively across the library to ensure a unified strategy for proactive and remediated digital resource accessibility, including Course Reserves, Interlibrary Loan, Digital Repository, and other Library digital interfaces. Reporting to the Head of Technical Services this position will serve as the Service Owner for the Library's Title II and Accessibility initiatives including coordinating digital accessibility remediation, working with vendors and campus partners, and participating in strategic decision-making as a core member of various internal and external committees. The Title II and Digital Access Librarian will provide expert advice regarding digital accessibility to inform and support the Georgia Tech Library's vision of innovating services, tools, and access to all for an inclusive future.
Responsibilities
This is a 12-month faculty position with an effort distribution of 80% excellence in assigned duties, 10% scholarship, and 10% professional service to the library profession. Up to two (2) years credit for previous professional experience may be given at the time of employment, in which case such credit will be stated in the offer letter. Responsibilities
Provide and improve library services and resources; enrich the research, learning, and scholarship of the Georgia Tech community through the following:
80% Librarianship
- Lead and manage the Library's Title II Digital Access Service that includes the coordination and prioritization of requests, compliance, and vendor relationships related to digital accessibility and Title II.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate student employees.
- Advise Library Leadership, Library colleagues, students, faculty, and staff and other GT Units on Digital Access best practices and compliance.
- Lead projects and initiatives to improve upon and educate users and stakeholders on digital accessibility and participate in the Library's portfolio and project management processes as appropriate.
- Collaborate with Technical Services Librarians and staff, other colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure a unified strategy for resource acquisition, discovery, delivery, and access of scholarly resources.
- Collaborate with all Library Departments to ensure a unified and compliant digital portfolio.
- Monitor current trends and best practices in digital accessibility and recommend improvements to local policies, practices, and workflows.
- Contributes to Course Reserves and Interlibrary Loan service operations, working alongside colleagues and participating in day-to-day workflows as needed.
- Serve as an ex officio member of the Content Management Group and share expertise in digital accessibility.
- Serve as a core member of the Alma-Primo Advisory Group.
- Participate in collaborative discussions with local, state, and national efforts including, but not limited to, GALILEO, NERL, and ASERL.
- Conduct regular digital accessibility assessments of workflows, platforms, and operations to implement new projects or improve services to better serve users.
- Create and maintain documentation on policies and procedures to ensure consistent practices.

Proposed Salary

Position Overview
We are seeking a Engagement Manager– Digital Health Experience to lead the deployment, adoption, and engagement optimization of mobile digital health applications within the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong experience in launching digital health platforms, managing deployments, and driving sustained patient engagement through data-driven engagement strategies.

About the Role:
As a Client Coordinator, you'll play a key role in translating business needs into timely, effective marketing execution - helping bring the voice of the customer to life across our brands and markets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in marketing production and operations within a B2B2C environment. You'll work closely with internal clients, shared services, and external partners to deliver high-impact communications that support both business growth and customer needs.
We're looking for someone who can become a subject matter expert in the client's capabilities and marketing operations, with a strong understanding of our diverse portfolio and the markets we serve, including Beauty & Personal Care, Building & Infrastructure, Consumer Electronics, and Mobility & Transportation.
You'll help enable go-to-market execution through advanced personalization, segmentation, automation, and operational excellence - delivering targeted, timely, and customer-centric communications that support our strategic goals.
This role is based on-site in Midland, MI.
Primary Responsibilites:
Strategic Liaison & Project Management
* Serve as the primary connection between business teams (clients) and marcom production stakeholders.
* Help in executing strategic marketing plans into actionable communication tactics.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
Digital Campaign Support
* Support end-to-end omnichannel campaign setup; including tracking, and end-to-end reporting.
* Upload leads to CRM and ensure proper data flow for campaign performance.
* Provide digital support for tradeshows and events, including pre- and post-event communications.
Content Development & Execution
* Coordinate and support a wide range of communication tactics:
o Email marketing campaigns (Eloqua)
o .com content enhancements and staging documentation
o Customer-facing collateral (digital and print)
o Internal communications
o Technical and marketing copywriting across all mediums
o Social media coordination and content development
Event & Administrative Support
* Assist with tradeshow logistics and coordination.
* Manage administrative tasks such as printing, asset tracking, and physical material handling.
Consultation & Best Practices
* Advise internal clients on production timelines, turnaround expectations, and best practices-especially as they relate to the client's systems and the unique needs of our specialty businesses.
* Educate teams on timelines, requirements, and workflows.
* Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand alignment and visual consistency.
* Partner with global translation teams to support multilingual content.
Reporting & Governance
* Track time and project status for reporting and invoicing.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and support governance efforts to streamline execution.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Associates or BA preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
