What will you do?

• Attend pre-shift briefing, taking note of important service information
• Collaborate with Chef, kitchen team members, and servers to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food; assist with the assembly of dishes
• Complete any required table-side service which may include taking and delivering orders and explaining the menu to guests
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations; be able to identify menu items and ingredients by appearance

General Manager – Event Venue (Revenue & Show Development Focus)

About the Role

We are seeking a sales-driven General Manager to lead the growth and profitability of a high-volume, multi-use Expo and event venue. This role is ideal for someone who understands that empty dates don’t make money and is motivated by building a strong event calendar through active outreach, relationship-building, and deal execution. The ideal candidate will bring experience within the equine, rodeo, livestock, or western event industry and have a strong understanding of the operational flow of arenas, stall rentals, RV accommodations, and large-scale western or equestrian events. Familiarity with producers, promoters, and the expectations of this specialized industry is highly valued.

This is not a passive operations role. The General Manager is expected to actively bring new shows, promoters, and recurring events to the venue while ensuring strong on-site execution.

Primary Objective

We’re seeking a Senior Fire Protection Engineer to join our team in Norwell, MA. In this role, you will design, evaluate, and manage fire protection and life safety systems across a diverse and challenging portfolio of projects.

You will:

• Develop customized code-compliance strategies including Performance Based Designs

• Conduct system assessments and code analyses

• Prepare technical reports and documentation

• Oversee project schedules and deliverables

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients

• Ensure safety, compliance, and design excellence across all phases of work

We’re looking for candidates with:

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Extensive experience in Fire Protection Engineering, including system design and evaluation

Strong proficiency in Life Safety and Fire Safety practices and standards

Strong understanding of International Building/Fire Codes and NFPA requirements

Experienced in Life Safety Analysis and review using Revit and AutoCAD

Experience with fire protection system design/implementation

Strong communication, problem solving and client‑facing skills

Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field (advanced degrees a plus)

Professional licensure as an FPE is preferred but not required

You’ll work on some of the most unique, complex, and high‑visibility projects in the industry—on a dynamic team known for expertise, collaboration, and creative problem‑solving.
