We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Specialist to support our global commercial team. This role combines business support with data analytics, helping us improve processes, track KPIs, and deliver insights through dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial & Business Support

• Prepare sales performance reports and KPI summaries that help leadership make informed decisions.
• Maintain data accuracy by regularly updating records and validating key information across systems.
• Coordinate with sales teams to capture activities, ensure process compliance, and improve overall data quality.
• Support training and development programs by creating training materials, tracking participation, and monitoring completion rates.
• Provide administrative support for commercial initiatives, including updating dashboards, organizing documents, and assisting with project deliverables.

Data & Analytics

• Build and update KPI dashboards to provide clear visibility into business performance.
• Configure and maintain sales reports aligned with commercial processes and business needs.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to support routine reporting and identify basic trends.
• Automate simple data workflows to improve efficiency and ensure timely, consistent reporting.

Commercial Excellence Projects

• Support the execution of Commercial Excellence initiatives by coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining project documentation.
• Maintain project dashboards and progress trackers to ensure leadership has up‑to‑date visibility on timelines and deliverables.
• Help collect and organize inputs from sales, marketing, and customer service teams to support project milestones and decision‑making.
• Prepare basic analyses and summaries that support Commercial Excellence workstreams (e.g., Sales Process, Segmentation, Enablement, Pricing).
• Assist in process improvement activities, such as mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and preparing materials for workshops.
• Contribute to change management efforts by helping draft communications, training materials, and instructions for end users.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Excellence (sales or business processes)
• Previous experience with Power BI (data modeling and visualization)
• Robust familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
• Knowledge of SQL helpful
• History of understanding data analysis and interpreting trends
• Knowledge of data integration concepts, data visualization or analytics helpful
• Detail oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Position Summary :

Conducts customer service lab projects that deal with matching shades and evaluating performance of dyes, optical brighteners or surface chemicals related to the Paper industry. Compares Archroma products to competitive products. Prepares customer promotion packages that demonstrate Archroma’s benefits. Communicates with customers and our sales force regarding necessary lab work or follow-up to such lab work. Supports field trails as needed. Works according to safety rules: Safety Health and Environmental guidelines, Archroma’s Code of Conduct and 12 lifesaving rules.

Desired Skills and Experience :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Paper Science or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong Math Skills
• Must be willing to work flexible hours dependent on work load
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Prior experience in a paper mill a plus
• 3+ years experience in a laboratory environment preferred

Work Location: In person

Duties:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, assemble and repair highly complex hardware and software necessary to control process in a chemical plant. This includes and is not limited to pH probe, temperature, pressure, flow, weight, electric motors, control valves, electric boards.
• Assemble, dissemble, and repair low-complexity equipment, such as wiring, lighting, simple power connections, and multimeters
• Operate equipment such as switches, relays, and contactors
• Work closely with the leadership team to address issues, including replacement, repair and improvements
• Analyze findings of troubleshooting, including electrical or control loop failures
• Read and understand technical drawings and documents related to Electrical and Instrumentation
• Document and file repairs and findings
• Safely operate equipment, including forklift and JLG
• Continually train to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE
• Mentor junior maintenance staff
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 5 years technical industry experience required
• Minimum 2-year technical degree strongly preferred
• Modicon PLC experience needed
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able to develop solutions, even if process instructions are not available
• History of meeting deadlines when self-directed
• Able and willing to work standard shift and be on call for nights and weekends
• Moderate computer skills preferred

Physical Considerations:

• Use of arms to reach and hands to grasp and feel
• Frequent walking, standing, crawling, kneeling, bending, leaning and climbing
• Frequent exposure to loud equipment, dust and fumes
