AttainX, Inc. is in search of a highly energetic Mechanical Project Manager who has new construction and renovation real property facility experience. The selected candidate will oversee projects on a recurring basis that includes work on utilities and other mechanical systems for large industrial buildings, multi-story office buildings and other facilities of comparable size and complexity for our government client.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited university or college.
- 4+ Years of Mechanical Engineering Project Management Experience, which includes work on utilities, mechanical systems such as heating, ventilation, HVAC air conditioning, water, and sewage (plumbing), fire suppression, control, electrical circuitry and alarm systems.
- Experienced with information management programs, computer aided design and drafting (CADD) programs, project tracking programs to solve engineering problems and facilitate work.
- Experienced with supervising employees, managing contractors and vendors.
- Background performing pre-construction site surveys, maintain surveillance over construction contractors to ensure compliance with specifications, schedules etc. and review and record as-built drawings the end of construction.
- Experienced with programming/base development, design and/or operations and maintenance (O&M) functions..
- Ability to prepare and review designs for a variety of real property facilities, construction projects to determine design criteria, total cost estimates, time schedules, preparing architectural and engineering (A&E) statements of work.
- Must be able to provide programming in support of base development for operations and maintenance (O&M), military construction programs (MCP), non-appropriated fund (NAF), military family housing (MFH) etc. to include validating requirements, performing economic analysis, and coordinating with installation facilities board.

Job Duties:
- Serve as a professional mechanical engineer, performing construction management and monitoring duties in support of a military installation.
- Monitors and/or manage projects for new construction, renovations, and improvements to real property facilities, including utility systems, utilizing a professional knowledge of mechanical engineering.
- Oversee projects which on a recurring basis include work on utilities and other mechanical systems for large industrial buildings, multi-story office buildings, and other facilities of comparable size and complexity. Primary Responsibilities
- Research, identifies, executes of new jobs to bid, and identifying risks and opportunities specific to each potential new job.
- Solicits proposals from various subcontractors and assisting in managing them through all phases of the project.
- Creates and delivers project estimates that include labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor pricing.
- Reviews contract documents to ensure all inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and any special requirements are being met prior to execution.
- Procure and manage subcontractors and materials, completing quality take offs, and verifying supply quantities.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a construction estimator

What will you do?

Define the Enterprise Integration & Partner Platform Strategy
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for GoDaddy Commerce's headless commerce APIs and partner SDKs that enable external software platforms to embed payments and commerce workflows.

Champion Enterprise & ISV Partner Workflows
