The Opportunity

  • Triage, vital, and room patients.
  • Facilitate patient flow and ensure smooth running of the back office.
  • Prepare patients for physician/advanced provider evaluation. Collect clinical intake information, which includes medical history, medications, capturing vital signs and allergies, and gathering information relative to the presenting illness or injury.
  • Assist physician/advanced provider in evaluation and treatment of the patient.
  • Record patient interview, history, and other relevant information into electronic medical record (EMR). Scan all patient clinical encounter documents into EMR and label appropriately per protocol as needed.
  • Administer medications/injections under the supervision of the physician or advanced provider.
  • Perform ordered procedures – EKG, visual acuity, height, weight, injections, venipuncture specimen collection, tray set-ups, assist physician/advanced provider as needed during procedures.
  • Collect and perform Point-of-Care testing, including influenza, Strep A, Covid-19, urine dipstick, urine pregnancy, mononucleosis, RSV, etc.
  • Review visit summaries and home care instructions with patients including prescriptions provided and work or school notes as well as follow-up care.
  • Provide after-visit follow-up phone calls to all patients and relay any diagnostic testing results.
  • Provide navigational care for patients including coordinating referrals, following up on medications, ordering from nearby pharmacies.
  • Provide accurate, legal, and ethical documentation at all times.
  • Comply with federal and local laws in ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory for expiration and ordering of supplies.
  • Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions and notifying studio manager of any equipment malfunction.
  • Clean rooms after each patient in a timely manner.
  • Welcome members and guests into the facility, ensuring their first interactions are warm, genuine and efficient.

  • Assist Front Desk Concierge with client needs including directing clients to rooms and coordinating services. Communicate in a courteous, professional, cooperative, and mature manner.

Required Experience and Competencies

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Current Medical Assistant certification from an accredited institution unless otherwise specified by the individual State’s requirements that allow on-the-job training in lieu of certification required.

Department Overview

 

The workers of Electric Operations ensure the delivery of safe and reliable electric service to our customers. Electric Operations is responsible for every aspect of PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration and emergency response.

 

Position Summary

 

This classification is represented by IBEW Local 1245, which has over 100 years of experience representing employees at PG&E. This job is subject to collective bargaining.

A coworker who has the qualifications of a Cable Splicer, is familiar with the underground system and has the experience and ability to analyze cable and equipment troubles quickly and to restore services promptly by replacing fuses, switching, disconnecting defective cables or apparatus, making repairs, etcetera. May be required to perform other underground work such us preparing cable racks, pulling in and racking cables, maintaining equipment in the underground system, etc. Shall install and maintain services, meters, and equipment including conduit and wiring up to the meter on customers' premises and shall handle trouble in such installations. Drives a truck and operates the associated equipment as assigned. Background of apprenticeship and experience must be such as to qualify an employee to perform these duties with skill and efficiency. Shall be familiar with Company's standards, procedures and safety regulations. 

 

This position may be subject to Joint Apprentice Training Committee (JATC) review and approval. Provisional hires will be required to participate in targeted training to achieve journey-level knowledge of electrical technician roles and responsibilities.

 

This position is in the Bay Area region, and headquarters in Oakland subject to change based on business needs.

PG&E is providing the hourly rate that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This position is subject to collectively bargained hourly wage rates and increases. The starting wage rate for this position is $67.58 per hour. This wage rate is specific to the locality of the job. The wage rate is based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Perform all necessary duties with skill and efficiency by performing maintenance on underground transmission and distribution lines.
  • Perform work in connection with the construction and maintenance of underground manholes, vaults, splice boxes, duct lines and similar structures.
  • Installs and maintains services, meters, and equipment including conduit and wiring up to the meter on customers' premises
  • Maintains equipment in the underground system
  • Prepares cable racks
  • Pulls and racks underground cables and wires into and out of pipes, conduits and duct lines.
  • Splices cables of any kind or voltage for the connection of cable, transformers, junction boxes, and other equipment in the underground or overhead systems or stations.
  • Ensure effective customer and internal communication.
  • Restore service to the public by installing / repairing services and all types of meters.
  • Analyze cable and equipment trouble quickly and restore services promptly by replacing fuses, switching, disconnecting defective cable on apparatus efficiently.
  • Identify the location of and extent to which underground structures such as man holes and vaults have been damaged and perform minor repairs safely on underground enclosures.
  • Isolate Network grid secondary’s and Network Protectors (NP’s).
  • Install and remove Recording Volt Meters (RVM’s) for power quality research.

Minimum:

Position Summary:

The VDC Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall accuracy, coordination, constructability, and field implementation of BIM models for all plumbing projects. This position owns the BIM, layout, and prefabrication workflow from design coordination through field installation and project closeout. The VDC Manager ensures BIM models meet company quality standards, support efficient and profitable installation, and are fully coordinated and optimized before being issued to the field or presented in coordination meetings. Additionally, the VDC Manager supports project management with information needed to order material, write RFI’s, prepare accurate change orders, and keep the field updated as our BIM models change throughout each project. Leadership and Oversight:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor BIM Detailer(s) & assign priorities aligned with project schedules.

• Continuously review BIM models for accuracy, coordination, and constructability.

• Convey and distribute all information contained in the models to the field and ensure the crews have everything they need to perform a proper installation based on the models.

• Oversee preparation of LOD 500 as-built drawings and assist Project Managers with closeout delivery.

Layout and Field Support:

• Communicate with GC clients to coordinate and request control points and control maps.

• Prepare and process export files for import into layout equipment (robotic total stations). Clean up exported files, bind external references, and reduce file sizes as needed.

Position & Responsibilities

All duties must be done in the manner prescribed by Sorrel River Ranch and Spa.

  • Supervise all department personnel demonstrating high leadership skills, model behaviors, and exemplary actions.
