Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Executive Account Manager at ARCA WW in West Palm Beach, FL. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management to drive growth and opportunities for the organization.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong business acumen and effective communication abilities
• Experience in account management
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience in the design or creative industry is a plus

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Previous business development and account management experience
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
