Job Description
The Production Manager assists the Plant Manager by coordinating the activities of employees within the production facility. The Production Manager will oversee the daily plant operations of the Fairview plant, including training and mentoring of plant supervisors as well as coordinate activities internal to the plant and outside the organization (suppliers and customers) to meet production requirements.
This role utilizes knowledge of equipment, policies, procedures and specifications to maintain production schedules and ensures that the team adheres to all standards and performance requirements including quality, delivery, and above all safety.
Position Responsibilities
The Production Manager will perform the following duties and other special projects as required:
- Coordinate and support the daily work schedule of the plant
- Develop processes and performance standards for the supervisor team
- Define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for each department
- Work and align all plant departments within the company’s (both production and support) overall business goals.
- Close competence gaps by training/ coaching and using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Job Instructions (JIB’s).
- Generate required quality documentation.
- Control of quality, deviations, and productivity together with Plant Manager.
- Focus on waste elimination and process improvements.
- Drive meetings with department supervisors.
- Develop and maintain production schedules for the plant operation to meet lead times.
- Lead problem solving exercises when issues arise within production.
- Facilitate reviews and job development of plant supervisors.
- Would fill in for Plant manager duties when out of plant.
- Other specifically assigned tasks where needed by the Company.

Summary
This position is accountable for performing clinical laboratory testing, following all applicable policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Independently performs moderate to highly complex clinical tests following the required procedures and policies. Performs newly introduced tests to the laboratory that require defined skills.
* Prepares and oversees the preparation of reagents or media as well as stock solutions, standards, and controls. Tests new reagents or controls and evaluates their usefulness
based on standard criteria.
* Determines the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria in testing procedures.
* Determines calculated results utilizing testing data by means of manual or computerized procedures.
* Accurately enters results of testing. Checks the computer review reports to monitor accurate reporting of laboratory results. Adheres to analytical schedules to maintain turnaround times of results.
* Evaluates the acceptability of routine and complex analyses prior to releasing patient reports.
Recognizes and takes appropriate action in response to critical values or unusual or unexpected results, and documents action taken.
* Responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of laboratory equipment.
* Evaluates the results of instrument performance checks. Performs linearity, accuracy and precision checks as required.
* Performs Quality Control and calibrations with the appropriate frequency and evaluates results, to determine acceptability of result release.
* Selects and evaluates control materials using established criteria. Initiates a corrective action process whenever test systems do not perform according to the established criteria.
* Accurately performs and records proficiency testing.

Role Overview:
The Director of Legislative Policy Strategy is responsible for coordinating and executing Applied Digital’s legislative and public policy strategy across national, state, and local levels. - Technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and lunch & learns.
- Be strategic, organized, and technologically savvy in your approach to managing your sales territory.
- Maintain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate relevant sales and market reports on a quarterly, annual, and as needed basis.

In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated total compensation for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 first year. This includes salary ($65,000-$80,000) depending on experience) and uncapped monthly commission opportunities, based on net billings, and some additional bonus opportunities.

Sigma Computing is looking for a Revenue Manager to join our accounting team based in San Francisco, CA. This individual will report to the Sr. Director of Accounting and perform a critical role in day-to-day operation and monthly tasks including account reconciliations, subledger maintenance in revenue cycle. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, a self-starter, and have knowledge of US GAAP related to revenue recognition as well as sales tax compliance in the US. Hands-on automation experience is strongly preferred. We are seeking a candidate who can ramp up quickly and make an impact in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment.
In This Role, You Will:
- Perform customer contract reviews and analysis, including contract modifications, to ensure appropriate revenue recognition treatment under ASC 606
- Prepare supporting schedules to ensure all contracts and modifications are properly analyzed and documented, and the resulting revenue calculations align with the technical accounting conclusions and the Company's revenue policies
- Own accurate and timely billing operations, including review of sales taxes on invoices
- Own sales tax compliance review to review exposure periodically
- Maintain revenue accounting records in the system up to date.
- Contribute to the month-end close process including journal entries, account reconciliations and fluctuation analysis related to revenue cycle.
- Responsible for end-to-end reconciliation of transactions from four marketplaces into ERP and CMS
- Work closely with FP&A to assist their revenue forecast and Budget vs. Actual analysis
- Assist on monthly and quarterly reporting package preparation
- Respond to ad hoc management requests related to revenue cycle
- Seek continuous process improvement in day-to-day activities.
Qualities We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of accounting experience of combination of public accounting and in-house/corporate accounting
- 5+ years of experience working with ERP/General Ledger Systems, preferably NetSuite
- 5+ years of experience working with Revenue functions (ASC 606 and AR)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to navigate large data set
- Accounting automation and implementation/integration experience
- Proven project management experience and demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency
- Willing to be hands-on and open to take on tasks when needed
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to gather, interpret and analyze relevant data and information, to apply proper accounting and operational procedures.
- Proactive and contributive; takes initiative and follows-through reliably.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

The base salary range for this position is $140k - $150k annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. Description:
The IR & Electric Motor Testing Consultant will work with the Snell Group to provide services for our clients. Work will be scheduled by our home office, travel and lodging will be scheduled by you. As this is a relatively new technology, extensive previous experience, while desired, is not necessary.
Responsibilities:
The IR & Electric Motor Testing Consultant will be responsible for delivering all facets of our motor testing and services to our clients. Some of the responsibilities are as follows:
Conduct Electric Motor and Power Quality Services.
- Collect and analyze motor, motor circuit, and power quality data.
- Conduct Infrared Thermography inspections.
- Provide customers with detailed reports describing identified anomalies.
- Be a \"self-starter and maintain awareness with existing and upcoming developments with motor tester and power quality technology, motor and motor circuit design, maintenance, and reliability.
- Identify client requirements by establishing relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge and certifications.
- Sound theoretical background in electrical theory
