About the Role

We are seeking a Consumer-Focused Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in CPG marketing (preferably dairy) to lead our digital initiatives. This role combines creativity, analytics, and technology to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with consumers and drive measurable results. You will manage social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, content creation, and AI-driven optimization across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

Pillars To Success:

  • A key contact for Digital marketing, working with the senior management to develop trade and digital strategies and releases, ensuring activity is within budgets and deployed appropriately to support key messages / campaigns.
  • Responsible for managing the delivery of all B2B Digital marketing communication, including email / social /website, ensuring tone of voice is representative of the Karoun and Portfolio brands whilst being agent appropriate and engaging.
  • Develops and executes B2B Digital marketing strategies to boost sales via retailers, distributors and wholesalers.
  • Acts as a liaison between Company brand marketing and sales to create persuasive digital marketing technical and strategical materials and deployments to fruition per the strategical plans and forecasts.
  • Manage trade promotions with digital technical resources, tools, and measures as an advocate of the goal and mission, the same for in-store presence.
  • Analyze performance metrics of digital marketing related deployments and offer strategic roadmaps with actionable planning.
  • Consumer-Centric Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies based on consumer insights and behavior.
  • Social Media & Paid Ads: Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns. Implement targeting and retargeting, optimize pixels/tags, and ensure accurate tracking.
  • SEO & Keyword Analytics: Conduct keyword research, optimize content for SEO, and manage SEM campaigns to improve visibility and traffic.
  • Content Creation & Virality: Produce engaging content (posts, videos, blogs) designed to connect with consumers and encourage sharing. Identify influencers and manage collaborations.
  • AI-Driven Optimization: Use AI tools for predictive analytics, automated scheduling, keyword analysis, and campaign performance optimization.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs such as views, reach, GRPs, CPM, and use tools like Google Analytics and heatmaps to improve user experience and conversions.
  • Retail & Marketplace Integration: Manage campaigns for Instacart, Walmart, and Amazon Fresh, including paid ads and performance adjustments.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Build and manage email campaigns, leveraging automation for efficiency.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing and AI trends.
  • Accountable for ensuring all support material for use in B2B and B2C trade comms is created and distributed in a timely manner and on budget.
  • Work with the senior manager to develop multi-channel trade communication plans, using insightful analytics of performance and aligning with brand activity to deliver tailored comms suitable for the message being delivered.
  • Maintain an external perspective and awareness of trade marketing activity other organizations are carrying out within and outside of the industry. Using any insight gained to inform Karoun's trade and marketing related activities.
  • Take the lead on building relationships with Karoun and portfolio brands to share best practice and agent insight.
  • Represent as digital marketing lead in key partnership team (sales) events, ensuring the partnership team is aware of upcoming plans, activity and news from digital marketing. Similarly, will then also represent the voice of the marketing/sales team in related meetings.
  • Have ownership of ensuring the respective teams have a thorough and good understanding of digital brand activities and information. Regularly meet and work relevant business agents to better plan and deliver such related digital marketing campaigns that are optimized for the desired delivering of commercial, sales and brand objectives.
  • Proactively work with internal and external partners and business relation colleagues to create and deliver assets than can be used where possible.
  • Share best practice and learnings from and with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Advocates and supports Head of Marketing and Sales Management as and when needed.
  • Provide the sales team with support on proofing key digital marketing materials.
  • Ensure that the Marketing team and others are kept well informed of current projects and priorities. Strategic awareness and dual consideration to how we are communicating brand messages, commercial priorities and key agents process updates to the team and other dept. partners.

Position overview

Position title:
Instructor (Non-Senate, Non-Tenure Track)

Salary range:
The compensation model varies depending upon the course delivery format. For a synchronous Classroom (In-Person) or Live Online course, a reasonable estimate for this position is $2,750 - $6,800 total per course. For an asynchronous Start Anytime Online course, this position is paid $180 - $200 per final student course grade submitted each month; a reasonable estimate ranges from $900 - $20,000 total per course; and monthly payments typically begin within 6 months after the course start date. Instructor compensation is determined by course length, number of units, enrollment, budgetary considerations, and other factors.

Percent time:
Part-time by agreement on a course-by-course basis.

Anticipated start:
Some appointments may begin as early as the spring semester.

Review timeline:
Applicants are considered for positions as needs arise; the existence of this applicant pool does not guarantee that a position is available. UC Berkeley Extension (UNEX), the continuing education branch of the University of California, Berkeley, has been building bridges between UC Berkeley and the public since 1891. General Duties

The department seeks candidates who can support the success of all students through inclusive curriculum, classroom environment, and pedagogy. Specific duties and expectations will vary depending on the method of instruction including: Classroom (In-Person); Synchronous Live Online (Zoom); or Asynchronous Online (Start Anytime).




  • For synchronous instruction (classroom or live online courses), duties include but are not limited to: syllabus development; assignment development; lesson planning for class meetings; preparing and submitting required texts and course materials; reviewing and updating Canvas course site; and delivering lectures, presentations, and learning activities for all required hours of instruction.

  • For all instruction (regardless of course format) duties include but are not limited to: completing required trainings as mandated by the UC Presidential policies; responding to student questions and learning needs in a timely manner; grading student assignments and posting final student grades to the instructor portal in a timely manner; utilizing University-approved course support platforms including the Canvas Learning Management System, Zoom, Instructor Portal, Google Workspace, etc.; reviewing and following University and departmental policies, logistics, and other guidelines as published on the departmental Instructional Resource Site; and responding to other requests from the Program Director or Department Director in a timely manner.

Job Summary

The Library () at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a collaborative and knowledgeable librarian to lead and manage digital accessibility services to further support the Library's ongoing commitment to ensure that all Library resources and digital assets can be used by all members of the Georgia Tech community, regardless of ability. The Title II and Digital Access Librarian works collaboratively across the library to ensure a unified strategy for proactive and remediated digital resource accessibility, including Course Reserves, Interlibrary Loan, Digital Repository, and other Library digital interfaces. Reporting to the Head of Technical Services this position will serve as the Service Owner for the Library's Title II and Accessibility initiatives including coordinating digital accessibility remediation, working with vendors and campus partners, and participating in strategic decision-making as a core member of various internal and external committees. The Title II and Digital Access Librarian will provide expert advice regarding digital accessibility to inform and support the Georgia Tech Library's vision of innovating services, tools, and access to all for an inclusive future.



Responsibilities

This is a 12-month faculty position with an effort distribution of 80% excellence in assigned duties, 10% scholarship, and 10% professional service to the library profession. Up to two (2) years credit for previous professional experience may be given at the time of employment, in which case such credit will be stated in the offer letter. Responsibilities

Provide and improve library services and resources; enrich the research, learning, and scholarship of the Georgia Tech community through the following:

80% Librarianship

  • Lead and manage the Library's Title II Digital Access Service that includes the coordination and prioritization of requests, compliance, and vendor relationships related to digital accessibility and Title II.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate student employees.
  • Advise Library Leadership, Library colleagues, students, faculty, and staff and other GT Units on Digital Access best practices and compliance.
  • Lead projects and initiatives to improve upon and educate users and stakeholders on digital accessibility and participate in the Library's portfolio and project management processes as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Technical Services Librarians and staff, other colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure a unified strategy for resource acquisition, discovery, delivery, and access of scholarly resources.
  • Collaborate with all Library Departments to ensure a unified and compliant digital portfolio.
  • Monitor current trends and best practices in digital accessibility and recommend improvements to local policies, practices, and workflows.
  • Contributes to Course Reserves and Interlibrary Loan service operations, working alongside colleagues and participating in day-to-day workflows as needed.
  • Serve as an ex officio member of the Content Management Group and share expertise in digital accessibility.
  • Serve as a core member of the Alma-Primo Advisory Group.
  • Participate in collaborative discussions with local, state, and national efforts including, but not limited to, GALILEO, NERL, and ASERL.
  • Conduct regular digital accessibility assessments of workflows, platforms, and operations to implement new projects or improve services to better serve users.
  • Create and maintain documentation on policies and procedures to ensure consistent practices.

  • Certification in CPACC, ADS, or better from the IAAP; or digital/information accessibility certification from an accredited program.
  • Experience using Ex Libris Alma, Primo, Leganto, Rapido and/or Atlas ILLiad products
  • Experience with programming or scripting languages like Python for task automation or metadata manipulation.
  • Experience using assistive technologies to manually validate the accessibility of remediated content.
  • Experience working with library vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage user demand, compliance requirements, and administrative responsibilities while balancing competing priorities in a high-volume service environment.

The College of Computing (CoC) at the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) invites applications and nominations for two inaugural Krishna A. Bharat Professorships in Computational Journalism, at its campus in Atlanta, Georgia. The Bharat Professorships will further research and innovation that focuses on information access in the public sphere, exploring responsible, civic-minded approaches to computational journalism and civic technologies broadly. The chair is endowed by Krishna Bharat, a Georgia Tech doctoral alumnus in computer science and the founder of Google News.

The scope of this search is not limited to journalism as conventionally defined. It may include candidates whose backgrounds span a variety of fields that inform civic life - including communication, public policy, political science, statistics, and law - who have the ability to teach and mentor a student body and to promote an inclusive and welcoming educational and work environment. The compensation model varies depending upon the course delivery format. For a synchronous Live Online course, a reasonable estimate for this position is $1,425 - $5,700 total per course. For an asynchronous Fixed Date Online course, this position is paid $170 - $180 per enrolled student and a reasonable estimate ranges from $1,020 - $7,200 total per course. Leads the department to achievement of excellent pharmaceutical care by providing vision for the development of exceptional quality pharmacy services, assuring accountability and facilitating effective communication relative to these initiatives.

Monitors departmental productivity and communicates both requested information and data deemed pertinent to the Executive Team.

Adapts to meet service, quality, and cost expectations utilizing data.

Participates in Hospital committees and interdisciplinary efforts to enhance medication use and control medication costs, by providing vision for quality and service initiatives to improve patient care.

- Pharmacy and Therapeutics Commitee and Subcommitees
- Medical Director
- Hospital Director Partnerships
- Other appropriate Hospital or Medical Staff Committees Effectively uses the appropriate financial concepts and tools to analyze situations and make financial decisions that support the achievement of short and longer-term departmental objectives.

Manages to meet fiscal goals and works with Hospital Administration on budget management.

Conducts pharmaceutical procurement and resource utilization with economic and clinical consideration.

Demonstrates personal effectiveness in leading the unit/team towards its goals.

Models appropriate values and maintains and promotes social, ethical and organizational norms.

Supports the ongoing development of the management team.

Actively participates in local, regional and national professional organizations to facilitate networking and benchmarking.

Creates and communicates the "big picture" understanding of the hospital and works to ensure that Pharmacy department supports the organization's desired competitive position.

Identifies opportunities and needs for new or enhanced pharmacy services to support the mission of the organization.

Uses appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to develop a unit/team-wide spirit and intra-team and inter-team cooperation.

Maintains focus on all key stakeholders and supports the unit/team ability to deliver on all valid stakeholder expectations.

Serves as the Pharmacist-In-Charge for the Hospital pharmacy.

Assures compliance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations and JCAHO standards relative to the acquisition, storage, handling, and dispensing of pharmaceuticals and the provision of pharmaceutical care.

Responsible for all aspects of personnel management for the pharmacy management team.

Identifies personal professional development needs and maintains a plan for continued growth.

Coordinates the Hospital's educational mission with the School of Pharmacy.

If applicable, participation in the quality management program is expected with the goal of improving services by monitoring processes, analyzing data, implementing interventions to improve and evaluating the effectiveness of those interventions.

Responsibilities may include working to establish and maintain long and short term goals for the Quality Management Program; monitoring and documenting Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) for progress in meeting QI goals; and providing guidance and education to staff on Quality Management priorities and projects.

If applicable, as part of the program, the staff will uphold the quality of the Patient Management Program to include the development and reassessment of the program.

Non-essential Responsibilities Contribute to KU pharmacy department publications.

Prepare poster presentations for a national pharmacy association meeting.

Share professional expertise by providing an educational lecture or presentation as part of one of the following:
- KUMC Grand Rounds
- Local, state, or national pharmaceutical association meeting
- School of Pharmacy classroom setting
- Nursing Education and Development program
- Outreach program
- Other continuing education events Participate in a research projects.

Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

Required Education and Experience Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy High School Graduate Experience in managing pharmacy services in a large tertiary care hospital setting.

5 or more years Supervisory and management experience Experience in the provision of formal education and/or precepting for pharmacy students and/or residents.

Preferred Education and Experience Master's Degree Pharmacy, Health Administration or Business Administration Pharmacy Doctorate Completion of an accredited pharmacy residency Required Licensure and Certification Licensed Pharmacist
- State Board of Pharmacy within 120 Days Knowledge Requirements Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.

Membership in regional & national pharmacy organization(s) Computer skills
- Ability to utilize Windows based programs, Access, Excel and Power point to create or manage spreadsheets and presentations.
