The Opportunity
As a dedicated Senior Property Adjuster, you will work within defined guidelines and framework, investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle complex property insurance claims presented by or against our members. What you'll do:

Applies working knowledge of industry standards of inspection, damage mitigation and restoration techniques.
Serves as an informal resource for team members.
Recognizes and addresses jurisdictional challenges such as applicable legislation and construction considerations.
Supports workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed, including mandatory on-call dates and potential evening, weekend, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours.

Position Summary

This position will report directly to the President/CEO.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy, Leadership & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals across all Ahlers Group brands
- Ensure brand consistency, tone, and visual standards across print, digital, and social platforms
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership on marketing priorities, budgets, and performance goals
- Manage and mentor a growing marketing staff and interns

- Conceptualize and create digital ads, direct mail, email campaigns, signage, and promotional materials
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Lead and implement SEO strategy to increase organic visibility, traffic, bidder registrations, and consignments

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in SEO strategy and keyword development, particularly within niche or high-value markets

About the Role
This role is the digital owner of assigned marketplace channels, with primary responsibility for Walmart (1P and 3P/WFS) and Amazon Vendor Central Canada. You will own how products are assorted, priced, merchandised, and scaled, with clear accountability for revenue growth, inventory health, and profitability.
This is not a logistics or order-entry role. Success requires a strong analytical and commercial mindset, with a clear understanding of how program selection, fees, funding, and pricing decisions directly impact margin. As the business evolves, this role may take on additional marketplace accounts.

Marketplace Business Ownership

Job Summary
The Georgia Institute of Technologys School of Architecture invites applications for a tenure-track appointment at Associate or Full Professor in the School of Architecture in the area of Architecture and Design Computing. The successful candidate will: First, lead the development of research agendas in this area; second, serve as steward for the Eastman Fund to support doctoral students; and third, work with the School Chair and the Dean in order to reshape the mission of the Digital Building Lab (DBL).
The DBL was created by professor Chuck Eastman to address design computation, data standards and interoperability. Over the years it has housed studies in design and construction automation; project delivery systems; and smart buildings, infrastructure and environments, often working in conjunction with the Digital Fabrication Lab which provides a setting for design-build projects for the faculty and the students. The DBL has also fostered collaborations between the faculty of the School of Architecture, the School of Building Construction and the School of Industrial Design, as well as collaborations with the research labs of the faculty including the Shape Computation Lab (SCL) and the High Performance Buildings Lab. Under professor Chuck Eastman, funding came from both successful research applications and from industry memberships. The partnerships with industry fostered and sustained a link between academic research and advances in practice as well as in research internal to major architecture firms. Now is the time to redefine and revitalize the vision and the mission of the lab, taking into account current developments in artificial intelligence, data-based design decisions, and advanced digital modeling of buildings and their performance.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the successful candidate include securing and conducting funded research, stewarding the future identity and growth of DBL, mentoring early career researchers, advising PhD students, leading the development of forward-looking curricula for the MS Arch and PhD programs, and teaching advanced graduate courses in candidate's area of expertise.
Required Qualifications
Candidate must have a terminal professional degree in Architecture or an allied discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
A strong record of publications on architectural and design computation and/or the development of digital technologies applicable to building design and construction; and a strong track record of sponsored research, industry collaboration, and teaching. A Doctoral Degree is preferred. An interest and ability to relate research to studio teaching is welcome but studio teaching is not a requirement for this position.

Summary of Position
The Staff Registered Dietitian(RD) provides personalized nutrition plans and medical nutrition therapy to individuals seeking care through telemedicine Nutrition visits on the Teladoc platform, while creating a professional yet comfortable environment. During the visits, the RD will monitor progress and modify the nutrition plan as required during subsequent visits. This role will provide virtual services on a 1099 contract basis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Patient-facing support (85%)
- Through virtual services (audio and video as required), analyze patients' health status, goals, and dietary restrictions, while tracking dietary intake and progress, and providing education on how to maintain a balanced diet while delivering superb clinical care.
- Utilize Teladoc-approved resources for member-facing support documents and programs, and adhere to quality standards.
- Refer to other specialists as needed whether on or off the platform.
- Demonstrate and utilize knowledge of other services available to members both internally at Teladoc and externally with the health plan or community.

About the Role
The ideal Photo Retoucher is experienced in high-volume and high-quality digital retouching. They approach all projects with creativity, have a developed eye and appreciation and understanding of professional photography and advertising art. The Photo Retoucher must have the ability to successfully manage and produce multiple deadline-driven projects with high image volume while maintaining the utmost in accuracy and quality.

What You’ll Do
- Retouch product and lifestyle digital images for use in marketing across multiple platforms including print, web, and social.
- Using Adobe Photoshop, edit imagery to match product samples for color accuracy, balance of lighting, combining plates, and fixing imperfections to deliver final image asset.
- Composite product into existing lifestyle or still imagery, creating realistic highlights and shadows while preserving texture, perspective, lighting, and depth of the product.
- Assist stakeholders in image retrieval, cropping, resizing, and sharing images as needed.
- Help edit dynamic image formats (time lapse, animated GIFs, etc.) for ecommerce and social media purposes.
- Own the full lifecycle process of all digital assets, working cross-functionally to manage smooth workflows for asset acquisition, storage, and delivery to internal users.
- Maintain our digital asset management system including file naming and metadata input. Ensure all digital assets and deliverables are organized and are available to internal stakeholders on a strict timeline.
- Execute to creative direction from Photographers, Designers, and Art Directors, to implement any changes necessary in a fast-paced, speed centric environment while achieving the highest quality results.
- Commit to staying up to date with software upgrades and current trends in retouching and photography and continually work to streamline and improve workflows.
Who You Are
- 1-3+ years relevant experience, with background in digital project management. Ideal candidate has prior experience working on a team.
- Proven abilities in Adobe Suite and Photoshop Pro. Proficiency with Mac software ideal.
- Strong understanding of digital file handling, color management, and file formats.
- Experience working with Digital Asset Management platforms - Bynder a plus.
- Process-oriented, highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Multi-tasker with positive, flexible attitude and ability to pivot easily.
- Experience with Planner and other Microsoft tools is a plus.
- Video editing or graphic design experience a plus, but not required.
- Ability to build relationships quickly, and work well with many different teams and personalities.

We are seeking a BIM / VDC Coordinator to join our Project Controls team and play a key role in advancing digital project delivery across The Newtron Group’s industrial portfolio.
Position Overview
The BIM / VDC Coordinator supports the design, planning, and execution of complex electrical and instrumentation projects by managing model coordination, ensuring data accuracy, and improving digital workflows across disciplines.
This position bridges the office and the field—linking design intent with constructability. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of industrial construction, is technically proficient with BIM tools, and is passionate about using technology to improve visualization, collaboration, and execution on the jobsite.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Coordination & Execution
- Support the digital delivery of large industrial and E&I projects from concept through closeout.
- Coordinate BIM workflows and model setup using Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
- Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks and Revizto.
- Manage model hosting, collaboration, and deliverables using the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform.
- Conduct model quality checks, assist with digital turnover, and encode asset data for project closeout.
- Work with laser scans and point clouds to validate field conditions and produce accurate as-built models.
Process & Innovation
- Implement and maintain digital standards and workflows that align with The Newtron Group’s Project Controls systems.
- Identify and develop process improvements that enhance data integrity, model usability, and reporting accuracy.
- Expand the use of point cloud and scan data for layout, prefabrication, and progress tracking.
- Stay informed on emerging BIM/VDC technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaboration & Support
- Act as a liaison between engineering, project management, and field operations to ensure accurate coordination and model use.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM and coordination tools.
- Collaborate with vendors, design partners, and subcontractors to ensure model alignment and consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in BIM coordination, VDC, or digital delivery within industrial or commercial construction.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Familiarity with industrial electrical and instrumentation workflows.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with laser scanning, point cloud processing, or asset data management.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D or Plant 3D for industrial applications.
- Professional certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional, LEED, or PE license (a plus).
Brand Creative & Digital Marketing Team
GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Applicants must be LA-based and able to work hybrid onsite at our Culver City lot (Onsite Monday-Thursday, remote Friday)
This position is part of the Sony Pictures Television – Game Show Group and sits within the Brand Creative & Digital Marketing team. As a Graphic Designer for our team, you will have the opportunity to work on legendary IPs like Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune, along with associated sub-brands. You may also have the chance to work on up-and-coming projects, like shows in our development pipeline, plus help support our Licensing & Brand Partnerships team. The Graphic Designer, Game Shows reports to the Executive Creative Director, Game Shows and the Senior Manager of Creative Operations & Production. The Graphic Designer concepts and executes strategic design solutions primarily for social and digital asset creation, in addition to other projects e.g. logos, show graphics packages, print installations, etc. Must be able to work as a team member, but also be a resourceful self-starter. See projects from concept through execution with a fair amount of autonomy. Projects include, but are not limited to: emails, microsites, EPKs, social content, landing pages, retouching talent/contestant imagery, and banner ads. In addition to various website deliverables, this person will be helping to support across primary social and digital channels for Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! This includes Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X, and Pinterest. Must posses a deep understanding of traditional graphic design, plus static, video, and animated asset production, and best practices for social and digital assets. This person is a great communicator and is punctual. Raises hands if there are any concerns around capacity and/or deadlines. They maintain an efficient workflow and process and promptly communicates any issues regarding design and production to management. Manages assets and archives projects accordingly, understands delivery, and has the ability to respond to business demands in a fast-paced environment. Presents a positive and professional attitude to stakeholders and co-workers. Maintains familiarity with social and digital design trends and the relevance of fast and slow trends. Exhibits an innate sense of curiosity.
Work Experience Requirements
- 3-4 years in social and/or digital environment
- Television/broadcast media, agency and/or content studio experience is required
- Proficient working knowledge of Abobe Creative Suite required; PowerPoint and/or Keynote experience is a plus.
- Ability to juggle shifting deadlines, manage projects from concept through execution with little-to-no supervision.
- Excellent compositing skills, typography, color correction, retouching required
- Familiarity with a wide range of design deliverables across print, web, digital, experiential, broadcast is a plus
- 2D motion design skills is a plus
- Animation is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
The Desktop Support Analyst provides advanced technical support to end users across the organization, ensuring reliable operation of desktop systems, laptops, mobile devices, virtual desktops, and enterprise applications.
This role serves as the escalation point for Level 1 support and is responsible for resolving complex technical issues in both physical desktop and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.

End User Support
- Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support users accessing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments including troubleshooting login issues, session performance problems, profile issues, and application access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and connectivity issues escalated from Level 1 support.
- Support Microsoft Windows environments across both physical endpoints and virtual desktops.
- Assist users with enterprise productivity applications and internal business systems.
- Provide support for conference room technology, printers, and collaboration platforms.
VDI & Remote Workspace Support
- Provide technical support for VDI platforms such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- VDI session connectivity
- Authentication and access issues
- Profile loading or roaming profile errors
- Performance and latency problems
- Application delivery within virtual environments
- Assist with testing and validating VDI updates, patches, and environment changes.
- Work with infrastructure and virtualization teams to escalate and resolve backend VDI platform issues.
Device & Endpoint Management
- Configure, deploy, and maintain corporate workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage devices using enterprise endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Jamf, or similar).
- Perform software installations, upgrades, and patching in accordance with IT standards.
- Maintain hardware inventory and asset records and ensure compliance with asset management policies.
- Support endpoint connectivity to VDI platforms and remote access solutions.
Incident & Service Request Management
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents related to desktop systems, VDI sessions, applications, and connectivity.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions within the ServiceNow.
- Meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) and service quality targets.
- Escalate issues to infrastructure, virtualization, or engineering teams when necessary.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure endpoints and virtual desktop sessions comply with corporate security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, encryption, and access controls.
- Assist with remediation of endpoint or VDI-related security incidents.
- Maintain awareness of security and compliance standards common in financial services environments.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with network, infrastructure, virtualization, cybersecurity, and application teams to resolve issues.
