Job Responsibilities:

Lead the development, implementation, and performance of CAE, Simulation, FEA, Stability, and Structural Analysis tools that support validation of new and existing vehicles, systems, and components. • Product and Technology Champion - Lead development of new products and structural systems, approving technical solutions and driving innovation. • Employee Development - Perform duties such as creating/revising job descriptions, conducting Talent Development discussion sessions, rating performance, establishing/tracking goals and assisting in the completion of annual wage reviews. Responsible for coaching, motivating, mentoring, and developing direct reports to successfully take on additional responsibilities.
• Leadership and Communication - Ensure teams meet product, cost, and schedule targets. Collaborate with department leaders to resolve design direction, priorities, and resource needs. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related
• 16 years of product development experience, including mechanical design experience, project management, and supervision
• Skilled in finite element analysis (FEA), computer aided design (CAD), 3-D modeling, and simulation software; preferably Nastran, FEMAP, Simcenter, and NX CAD

A manufacturing organization is seeking a Level III Machinist to produce precision components and tooling using a variety of manual and CNC machining equipment. This role involves interpreting complex blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions to manufacture medium- to high-complexity parts while maintaining strict dimensional tolerances and quality standards. The Machinist may also support prototype development and collaborate with engineering teams on new product and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling and turning centers in accordance with detailed blueprints, job routings, and work instructions.
• Review and retrieve job-related documentation, including part drawings, tooling lists, and manufacturing instructions.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding methods for a variety of materials and machining operations.
• Perform complex machining operations for both proven and unproven parts, including prototype and experimental work as required.
• Install, align, secure, and adjust cutting tools and workpieces; monitor machine feeds, speeds, and offsets to ensure optimal performance.
