- Lead the development of the Angular Framework that is aligned to our internal Design System components.
- Familiarity with and help with support of the React UI Library
- Work with the team to understand priority and urgency, while escalating blockers or delays
- Investigate bugs, and provide support to reduce risk for our users
- Handle framework upgrades and feature requests
- Ensure clear migration path for applications to remain on latest technology and design standards
- Follow internal standards for build processes and publishing to ensure stability of framework
- Keep the framework current with the latest trends both internally and externally
- Provide technical analysis and solutions to issues and technical direction
Required Skills:
- 8-10 years experience writing professional-quality shared component libraries with expertise in n TypeScript, Angular, and a solid foundational understanding of HTML/CSS
- Expertise in working with reusable code that is integrated with modern design systems
- Write high-quality code that is well-documented and easy to maintain
- Quality of work and speed of execution are crucial for success in this role.
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail & analytical skills
- Experience delivering with an agile methodology and using bitbucket/github and jira to manage development
- Experience in development of end to end testing, unit testing
- Strong communication skills, and ability to raise escalate concerns when appropriate
- Stay up to date on the latest software development trends and technologies
- Support for developers looking to onboard and contribute to the design system
- Interest in working with Design Systems at scale, and developing within the structures of a design driven framework

Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative & Content Lead to define and evolve FanciMe’s visual storytelling for the U.S. market.
This role will shape how the brand looks and feels across campaigns, social media, product storytelling, and digital experiences. You will collaborate with our global teams while guiding creative direction locally.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands modern fashion aesthetics, social-first storytelling, and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction
- Define and evolve FanciMe’s visual identity for the U.S. market
- Lead creative direction for campaigns, photoshoots, and social content
- Ensure consistent brand aesthetics across all platforms
Content Strategy
- Develop content concepts that highlight product storytelling and emotional connection
- Guide social media content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Collaborate with creators and photographers on content production
Campaign & Brand Storytelling
- Lead creative execution for product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Translate brand values into compelling visual narratives
Global Collaboration
- Work closely with international teams across product, design, and marketing
- Guide global content teams on visual standards and storytelling direction
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in creative direction, content strategy, or brand creative roles
- Background in fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Strong visual taste and understanding of modern brand aesthetics
- Experience producing social-first content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Comfortable working with creators, photographers, and production teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
