Quad is seeking Distribution Technicians (Forklift Operators)3rd shift to join our Midwest Commingle Center in Waukesha, WI !
The wage range is $17.50 - $19.00+ depending on experience.
Distribution Technicians are responsible for the following:
- Freight -loading and unloading of finished products and materials from semi-trailers and auto-wrappers using a forklift.
- Inventory control- maintaining accurate inventories with the use of a PC and RF bar code scanning system.
- Warehousing - supplying machines with materials needed
Required Qualifications:
- Good verbal and reading comprehension, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Candidates must have average to above-average computer skills and/or prior forklift experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to work 3rd shift (12 am-8am)
- Ability to work a split shift; this is not a Mon.- Fri. schedule, you will have 5 scheduled work days and 2 days off per week – options will be discussed during the in-person interview

- Reviews and documents customer requirements and designs products in compliance with stated requirements, focusing on ease of manufacturing with high reliability.
- Develop prototypes, oversee testing/qualification, and ensure compliance with industry and customer performance standards.
- Partner with Manufacturing to address cost reduction, quality improvement, and customer issue resolution.
- Stay current with technological trends and emerging interconnect solutions including power interconnect innovations to guide future product development.
- Checks and/ or approves engineering drawings, parts lists, and test sheets
- Ensures all ECNs are processed efficiently, effectively, and consistently.
- Correspondence with customers and suppliers as needed to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained

- Proficiency in 3D modeling tools (e.g., Creo) and Product Data Management systems (e.g., Windchill) preferred.
- Proficient in using DFMEA to evaluate and mitigate risks in mechanical assemblies and design analyses.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in ability to capture schematics design and PCBA Layout using modern EE CAD such as Altium or Mentor Graphics.
- 5 years' experience with project management and product design team leadership guided by individual annual goals and objectives with minimal oversight or direction; working in a team environment as an individual contributor.
- 8 years' strong experience with receiver, Antenna, or Radio design (i.e. RF).
- 4 years' experience with embedded Hardware design.
- 4 years' experience demonstrating strong verbal and written skills
- 7 Years experience with design tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, P-Spice, Agilent ADS (or AWR), Schematics Capturing/PCBA Layout tools such as Altium, Mentor Graphics, and Ansys HFSS
- Must have Secret Security Clearance or be able to obtain a US security clearance.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Recognized as an Analog RF Electrical and Radio Receivers in industry.
- Experience and understanding in detailed RF receiver designs in military GPS, MGNSS, and other PNT technology.
- Strong familiarity with modern GPS Module design and topology.
- Advanced with High-speed Analog design methodologies.
- Experience with HAM radio is a plus.
- Advanced in MS Office, design tools such as Simulink/MATLAB, P-Spice, Altium (Schematics Capturing & PCBA Layout), Agilent ADS (or AWR), and Ansys HFSS.
- Proficient with DO-254 design.

The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $133,000.00 Min - $247,000.00 Max.
