As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class customer experience and product usage for all group membership institutions. This role will be a point of customer contact and work closely with day-to-day program administrators to understand their needs, tailor solutions, execute product onboarding/training, and implement outreach programs to increase engagement KPIs. The AMA Customer Success Team represents AMA externally, creates and maintains a robust case study and testimonials library, and provides recommendations for optimizing products to drive group membership growth and increase customer/member engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Onboarding- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of target audience needs, issues, and relationships to enhance
- existing programs.
- Work with sales and product team to guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the product/service and its features and have clearly defined KPIs.
- Provide robust training and onboarding experience that leads to learner activation and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling group membership curriculum, content, and membership benefits.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, or related field required.

- Proven ability to organize and prioritize while managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously in fast paced environment.

- Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
- Travelers must have been away from all facilities in this health system for a minimum of one full year before returning as a traveler
- Two supervisory references (manager level or above; charge nurse references not accepted) are highly preferred for consideration

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position at an oncology-focused hospital unit, requiring a minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg Tele experience and oncology nursing skills.
Details
- Inpatient Med/Surg Telemetry unit within an oncology hospital setting
- Adult and geriatric patient population with cancer diagnoses including endometrial, bladder, renal, ovarian, and cervical cancers
- Specialized treatments include chemotherapy administration, clinical trials, brachytherapy, and CBI (continuous bladder irrigation)
- Strong emphasis on infection prevention protocols and patient fall management
- Telemetry monitoring with dysrhythmia interpretation required
- Patient ratio is 1:4, with possible adjustment to 1:5 based on unit needs
- Charting via Epic (experience required)
- 12-hour shifts available as Day/Night rotating (7:00–19:30 / 19:00–7:30) or straight nights
- Day/Night rotating contracts may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination based on department needs, reviewed every 4-week scheduling period
- Weekends are variable based on unit needs
- No set or blocked scheduling; self-schedule requests are accommodated within unit requirements
- 16-week contract
Requirements
- Active OH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and respond to changes in patient condition
- Experience with oncology-specific procedures including chemotherapy administration and brachytherapy
- ONS Chemotherapy certification preferred
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
- All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include chemotherapy administration and monitoring for adverse reactions, brachytherapy, neobladder care, feeding tube management, IV therapy, blood product administration, and central line maintenance
- Participation in clinical trials including data collection and documentation is expected
- Orientation consists of one week of Monday–Friday day shift followed by a second week of 36 hours of on-unit orientation with a preceptor
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary and rapid response teams is a regular part of the role
