Job Summary
The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the hotel's overall sales strategy and driving revenue growth across all market segments. This role oversees the development of new business opportunities, the management of existing client relationships, and the execution of strategic sales initiatives designed to maximize RevPAR, occupancy, and total hotel revenue.
The Director of Sales manages the sales team and collaborates closely with hotel leadership, revenue management, and operations to ensure alignment between sales efforts, marketing initiatives, and guest service delivery. Required Experience, Education, and Skills

Customer Engagement Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective and current Medline customers in a defined territory/market segment to develop new sales for the Division.
Interact with clinicians to communicate product choices, and conduct product evaluations, trials and in-services.
Develop and maintain key physician, clinician and hospital contacts as well as industry influencers to achieve corporate objectives while servicing the customer to meet their needs.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Presentation In collaboration with the territory sales team, create and conduct sales presentations on product lines to decision makers.
Educate customers on current industry trends and regulations.
Address any concerns or objections the customer may have about product or service.
Post-Close Lead customer product evaluations and implementations.
Develop and conduct customer in-services/technical training.
Develop product training and resource materials (tools, resources, presentations, manuals).
Monitor and analyze quality questions or customer complaints.
Troubleshoot complaints and help diagnose issue type (education, product).

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience.

What You’ll Do
The Regional Director of Sales leads occupancy growth across assigned senior living communities by developing sales strategies, coaching sales teams, and partnering with operations and marketing. Functions and Responsibilities:
- Occupancy Growth & Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed occupancy goals for each community.

- Identify and remove barriers in the sales process to accelerate move-ins.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report on key sales metrics, conversion rates, and occupancy trends to ensure success in driving occupancy and ROI.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to community Sales Associate’s, Executive Director, and senior operations leadership to inform decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and residents.

- Documentation Requirements
- Train and monitor the proper use of community Electronic Health Record or other tools for the coordination of completing the admission resident agreements and consents in collaboration with community sales team members.

What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Operations, and in close partnership with the VP, Global Agency Sales, you will develop and bring to life datadriven strategies that deepen Pinterest's partnerships with media agencies and accelerate revenue growth across our agency portfolio. In this role, you will:
Partner with Global and Regional Agency Sales leadership to define and deploy critical strategic, organizational and operational initiatives that improve agency health, drive revenue growth, and increase sales productivity across holding companies and key independents.
Shape Pinterest's global agency strategy and planning by developing frameworks for agency segmentation, coverage models, deal governance, and account planning that reflect agency structures (holding companies, networks, operating companies, and buying units).
Lead the analysis of agency business performance (revenue, forecast, sales pipelines, agency deals, investment mix, portfolio health, margin and incentives) to identify opportunities, risks and gaps - including recurring agency business reviews and adhoc deep dives; translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for sales and executive stakeholders.
Partner with crossfunctional teams (Finance, Product & Engineering, Product Marketing, BizOps, Client Solutions) to align on priorities and ensure agencyfocused initiatives, products, and tools (including agency planning and reporting tools) are designed and launched in ways that meet agency needs and drive measurable impact.
Build scalable reporting, tooling and operating cadences to monitor agency health and program performance (e.g., global agency metrics reviews, dashboards, and playbooks), ensuring the broader sales org can easily understand performance and act on insights.
Structure and execute complex, crossfunctional projects endtoend: define problem statements, build work plans, gather and synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs, lead analyses, align stakeholders, and drive decisions and execution.
Operationalize new initiatives and sales workflows (process, org, systems) for scale across regions, including shared playbooks, new sales processes and workflows, standardization of existing sales processes, and improved systems that enable an "alwayson" agency business and reduce duplication of effort across markets.
What We're Looking For:
7+ years of professional experience in strategy & operations in a fastpaced, highly analytical environment (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, tech/media, or revenue/sales strategy & operations).
Familiarity with global media agencies - including holding company and operating company structures, investment and trading teams, planning and buying functions, how agencies make investment decisions and evaluate partners, and how agency operating models inform global deals, JBPs and enablement programs.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong ability to analyze and manipulate large, complex datasets (e.g., revenue, pipeline, pricing, incentives, media performance) to generate clear insights, identify trends, and translate them into structured opportunities and recommended actions.
Proven experience building dashboards, reporting and decision frameworks that help senior leaders quickly understand business performance and take action; familiarity with tools such as SQL, Salesforce and Tableau is a plus but not required.
Demonstrated ability to partner closely with senior sales leaders (Director/VP+) to define strategy, build annual plans, forecast revenue, drive org design, and hold teams accountable to revenue and investment commitments.

The District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for all sales activities within the district.Overseeing the development and performance of all Sales Consultants, ensuring clear understanding of the company vision and mission statement.This position staffs and directs Sales Consultants (SCs) as direct reports.The DSM provides leadership, strategic planning, training and monitoring for all sales activities to ensure the district achieves maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and goals.This leader establishes plans and jointly builds strategies with their direct superior (herein known as Senior Sales Leader) to increase sales revenues from current clients and new client acquisitions.This role requires participation in major client presentations and discussions to ensure best in class customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with the SCs in the field and virtualy by assisting on sales calls while providing constructive feedback to further develop the skill sets of each SC interacting with customer as needed.
- Provide leadership, strategic planning, and monitors all sales activities to ensure the district organization achieves maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and goals.
- Work with all operating divisions that support the sales organization to create and ensure a collaborative work environment, to include but not limited to the following: credit and collections, purchasing, distribution, customer service, FF&E, National Accounts, Business Development, Vendors, etc. as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, select, train, assign territories, schedule individual time, coach, counsel, and implement corrective action (if necessary) for employees in assigned territories.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience successfully growing profitable sales in the B2B market segment preferred.
