Conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and other mechanical systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues.
Complete equipment changeovers, calibrations, and adjustments to meet production requirements.
Repair or replace components such as bearings, belts, rollers, valves, sensors, and VFD-related parts.
Support production operators in identifying and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Qualifications 3+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing or similar environment required.

Solid knowledge of mechanical systems; basic PLC/VFD troubleshooting is a plus.
Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and high-speed conveyors.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Familiarity with USDA, GMP, HACCP, or BRC standards preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, refrigerated/hot environment.
