Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Production Operator based in Belmont, Wisconsin. Production team members are responsible for working in a variety of cheese making production functions to ensure continuous and efficient line operation. Candidates must be able to work over 40 hours per week (weekends are required). This job is physical and fast-paced.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

* Meet efficiency budget levels with maintaining a high quality product

* Must remove and load trays/molds

* Stage bascular with appropriate cookie sheets

* Complete repetition task, ensuring the even spread of curd into appropriate mold

* Pull cheese on to draining room tables from chariot

* Ensure all whey pipes are properly hooked up

* Turn cheese in draining rooms

* Run machines (ex: stacker(s), unmolder, rack washer)

* Place racks on unmolding conveyor

* Weigh cheese

* Complete paperwork as assigned, accurately and legible

* Maintain open line of communication with all line workers and room supervisor

* Perform sanitation duties as assigned

* Keep work area clean and organized

* Report production problems and/or concerns to the on duty supervisor

* Attend departmental meetings and training as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager

* Apply the safety rules and ensure they are implemented and followed

Candidate must have the following attributes/skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy, personal qualities of tact and dependability, possess good manual dexterity, able to push/pull/lift and carry at least 30 pounds continuously and 50 pounds occasionally, be able to stand for entire shift, be able to perform repetitive movements (e.g. twisting, gripping, lifting, bending, reaching).

Very few have the leadership that can operate fluently at both ends of the problem… the C-suite conversation about investment rationale and the engineering conversation about whether the architecture can actually support what was just promised.


That gap is expensive and we've seen it in every sector we work in. It shows up the same way every time: smart strategy work that doesn't connect to anything deployable, or capable technical teams building things that never get funded or adopted.


The Principal AI Strategist role exists to close that gap on our most important engagements.


THE ROLE

What this position actually does

You are the senior-most strategy and delivery mind on a client engagement. You hold the intellectual and commercial thread across the entire lifecycle from the first diagnostic conversation through to a working AI system in production and the expansion that follows when the client realizes it's changing something real.


You are not the person who manages the team to do the thinking… you are responsible for the most strategic form of that thinking. You shape the strategy, challenge the architecture, own the executive relationship, and are personally accountable for whether the engagement creates measurable business value.


The title is Principal AI Strategist because that's the actual job. The level is Senior Director because that reflects the scope, accountability, and authority this role carries inside Quantum Rise and in front of clients.

Think like an investor, not a technologist

RESPONSIBILITIES

What you own

Client strategy and delivery

  • Lead end-to-end engagement execution from strategy and diagnostic through deployment and commercial expansion
  • Run executive discovery sessions translating ambiguous business problems into structured AI investment rationales
  • Build the business case with the rigor of an investor, not the optimism of a vendor: quantified value, honest constraints, sequenced roadmap
  • Own the relationship with C-suite and senior client stakeholders as a peer, not a service provider

Technical leadership

  • Apply working fluency in LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG architecture, and data infrastructure to make real design decisions ensuring the original business value is obtained
  • Collaborate with engineering to challenge, refine, and pressure-test solutions against production realities
  • Define AI product roadmaps that are incrementally value generating, governed, measured, and adopted

Firm development

  • Identify capability and offering gaps where Quantum Rise can build durable competitive advantage
  • Build reusable delivery IP (frameworks, playbooks, diagnostic tools) that improve every engagement that follows
  • Develop and mentor the next generation of AI consultants on what it means to operate at the intersection of AI strategy and delivery
  • Contribute to business development through the quality of your work and the depth of your client relationships

The Care Promoter, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is dedicated to the health and well-being of our patients. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides general nursing care, under supervision, so that physicians and clinicians can focus on more specialized areas in patient care.

  • Compiles patient health information, takes and records vital statistics, takes blood pressure and conducts other basic care treatments. Records patients' medical history and other information such as test results in the medical record.

  • Draws blood (phlebotomy) and collects other lab specimens; performs waived lab tests.

  • Maintains supplies & equipment and stocks and sterilizes instruments; practices OSHA safety standards; performs accurate, legal, and ethical documentation at all times.

  • Upon physician approval and authorization, calls in prescriptions to the pharmacy. Uses communication skills with appropriate medical terminology; and follows appropriate legal and ethical professional conduct. Completes internal certification to use the ChenMed Rx system to support physician medication dispensing.

  • Processes patient phone messages, returns calls and routes them to other team members as appropriate. Contacts patients to obtain and relay pertinent information from the physician.

  • Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.

The Center Clinical Manager is a leadership role responsible for ensuring that the VIP experience is optimized through our clinical care operations by ensuring efficient center operations including, quality, compliance, human resources, patient experience, and clinical standards of care. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees and leads the clinical teams to ensures VIP service to the center’s patients, family members.
  • In partnership with Dyad leaders, manages the center’s clinical operations to ensure organizational objectives relative to SSP metrics, growth and strategy, membership goals are regularly met and/or exceeded.
  • Ensures, monitors, and tracks that key performance targets are met, including but not limited to: SSP metrics, wait times, care team integrity/care promoter engagement and turnover.
  • Leads great quality selection, hiring and on-going training and education for Care Promoters and Pharmacy/Medication Technicians. Facilitates orientation and onboarding of new Care Promoters ensuring they are fully trained to their duties including philosophy of care, patient flow and clinical competencies.
  • Develops protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity. Collaborates with PCPs to coach, monitor and manage Care Promoter and back-office care team performance; implements progressive improvement plans when needed.
  • Assists with the development and execution of business strategies that promote growth and support our core model.
  • Ensures proper back-office staffing scheduling, approves staff timesheets, plans for and manages staffing shortages, performs direct care duties as/when needed.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and other governing agencies. Enforces clinical and quality standards of ChenMed.

The Care Promoter 1 is an unlicensed medical professional cross-trained to perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the medical centers running smoothly. The duties of Care Promoter 1 vary from setting to setting, depending on the size, location and type. In addition to administrative duties, Care Promoters perform clinical duties under direct physician supervision in accordance with state medical practice acts. The Care Promoter 1 is an integral member of a Physician-lead Care Team that is focused on providing excellent and comprehensive primary care for a specific population of patients.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Measures and records patient vital signs; records patient interview and medical history.

The Membership Growth Consultant (MGC) is an outside healthcare sales representative who’s responsible for generating sales leads and membership by nurturing productive relationships with senior citizens, key local community partners and senior-focused businesses to enroll new patients to ChenMed. MGC is the first of three separate tiers as part of the overall MGC Success Plan and growth career path at ChenMed.
