What You'll Do

As a Segment Campaign Manager your key area of responsibility will be developing and executing end-to-end segment marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring strategies to market, optimizing lead flow into the pipeline, analyzing campaign performance for ROI, managing various marketing program executions, delivering targeted ABM and Always On initiatives, and becoming a segment expert to inform messaging. How You'll Make An Impact

Develop and manage the end-to-end segment campaign marketing strategy, including campaign planning workbooks and strategic annual campaign plans, to drive new customer acquisition, account expansion, and customer retention. Partner with segment marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, and business development to ensure alignment of campaign strategies with overall segment business goals. Collaborate with Marketing Automation, Revenue Operations, and Sales teams to develop dynamic nurturing campaigns, optimize marketing qualification methodology for lead pass-through, and manage the lead pipeline from MAL to closed-won/lost. Forecast, monitor, and analyze campaign metrics against KPAs to inform future campaign plans, optimize budget allocation, and deliver marketing ROI analysis and performance tracking. Champion continuous improvement by actively developing skills and identifying opportunities to enhance campaign processes and tools, including the evaluation and adoption of new marketing technologies. Lead and guide agencies, vendors, and internal departments in the execution of advertising, full-funnel content, social media, success stories, sponsorships, events, webinars, podcasts, and channel/partner programs to achieve segment campaign objectives. Collaborate with content, creative, digital, and sales teams to deliver Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Always On programs aligned with campaign plans. Maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and continuously develop buyer personas to inform campaign/content strategy at the segment and targeted account level. What You'll Bring To The Role

5-8 years of experience in B2B Saas marketing campaign strategy development and execution with measurable outcomes and data-driven analytical approach to decision-making. Previous experience in the Commercial Transportation Field Services segment including Consumer Services, Speciality Trade Contractors, Property Maintenance, Professional & Environmental Services, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical, Media & Entertainment, Hospitality & Leisure, Finance, Insurance & Real Estate or comparable sub-segments is highly preferred. Previous industry experience in telematics, connected transportation solutions, B2B IT or software industry marketing, or comparable experience is a strong asset. We're seeking an experienced GTM professional with a proven track record of delivering impactful programs, strong technical acumen, and ownership of high-visibility revenue-generating initiatives. This role offers the unique opportunity to develop and launch innovative GTM programs in a fast-paced, rapidly growing segment of AWS, solving complex problems while owning the programs you build from concept to execution.

Key job responsibilities
As a Senior GTM Specialist on the AWS Compute GTM and SSA team, you will:
• Drive Revenue Growth: Design and execute GTM programs that unlock new customer segments and enable incremental spend across the AWS Compute portfolio
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance teams to develop comprehensive GTM approaches that address customer demand
• Own Strategic Initiatives: Work independently to deliver results in ambiguous environments, demonstrating strong ownership and problem-solving skills
• Communicate with Impact: Regularly engage with senior leadership, providing insights and reporting on GTM initiatives on weekly and monthly cadences
• Influence Product Strategy: Collaborate with technical and product stakeholders to shape roadmaps and secure progress toward shared business goals

- 10+ years of experience in GTM, Product Marketing, or Sales roles
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to orchestrate and successfully complete GTM programs
- Experience developing and writing Annual GTM Plans- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
- Experience in data analysis and leveraging analytics to make decisions
- Experience partnering with technical and product teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
