Job Summary This role will lead a team responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue, optimize customer acquisition and retention, and enhance the overall eCommerce experience for all Medline brands.

Strengthen the perception of Medline as both an internal and external strategic business partner by sharing insights and information about market trends, technological innovation and customer needs.

Reinforce the value of customer relationships through summarizing the impact of initiatives and strategizing for further needs discovery.

Apply a customer-centric approach to understand customer needs and concerns as the basis for developing creative solutions.

Foster collaboration with internal team & with customer to identify white space opportunity, competitive analysis and create value via packaging & consumer messaging.

Required Experience: Bachelor's Degree Work Experience At least 7 Years of relevant experience in eCommerce Sales Planning and Field Sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to think in an analytical, interpretative, evaluative, creative and innovative way in situations constantly requiring adaptation or development of new solutions.

The Freelance Content Operations Coordinator plays a role in supporting Tennis Channel’s Direct to Consumer (DTC) business by operationalizing all live and on-demand content.

This role is highly executional and real-time focused, ensuring that live tennis events, studio programming, and supporting content are accurately published, merchandised, and monitored.

This position sits at the intersection of live sports operations, content management systems, and distribution partnerships.

Coordinators are responsible for the day-to-day CMS execution.

This assignment is expected to last approximately 8–10 weeks, with the potential for extension.

This is a freelance position and supports live sports programming and requires availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays based on tennis schedules and business needs.

In this role, you will: Support Live CMS and Platform Operations Execute live CMS operations for Tennis Channel content across internal systems and Amazon’s platform, including publishing, updating, and merchandising live events.

Manage the ingestion, scheduling, and organization of live tennis matches, studio shows, and related assets.

Ensure all metadata, artwork, availability windows, and entitlement rules are accurate and aligned with Amazon requirements.

Support Live Events and Real-Time Issue Resolutions Monitor live events in real time and make immediate updates or corrections as needed to ensure uninterrupted viewing.

Troubleshoot and escalate live issues such as incorrect feeds, metadata errors, scheduling conflicts, or publishing failures.

Serve as an operational point of contact during live tennis windows, coordinating closely with programming, engineering, broadcast operations, and partner teams.

Coordinate Schedules and Programming Track schedule changes driven by live tennis conditions including match overruns, delays, weather, or tournament changes.

Coordinate updates with internal stakeholders to ensure all platforms reflect the most current programming information.

Position Overview:

The eCommerce Customer Account Specialist plays a critical role in executing high-volume, transactional order management for Amazon and eCommerce accounts. This position operates in a fast-paced environment with short lead times and frequent order adjustments driven by production constraints.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, data accuracy, and the ability to manage ongoing daily/weekly order and operational changes. The position is primarily focused on internal coordination, cross-functional communication, and execution excellence rather than external account development.

The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment and is comfortable working within ERP systems, spreadsheets, and customer portals daily.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end order execution for assigned eCommerce accounts, from purchase order receipt through delivery, within ERP and customer portals.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly order activity, including adjustments, cancellations, ship windows, carrier routing, and re-routes to support on-time and in-full performance.
  • Manage ongoing order changes and weekly reductions (“cuts”) driven by production constraints, ensuring accurate system updates and internal communication.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics AX and customer portals to support order-to-cash processes, inventory visibility, pricing accuracy, and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Transportation, and IT to resolve operational issues and maintain service levels.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional alignment meetings to drive resolution and clarify ownership.
  • Maintain customer-specific documentation, pricing records, reporting, and account instructions with high accuracy.
  • Support EDI setup, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system maintenance in partnership with IT and third-party providers.
  • Investigate and resolve shipment issues, customer complaints, RMAs, and non-conformances in coordination with internal teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and operational visibility.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert (SME) for assigned accounts and systems.
  • Act as backup support for designated team members to ensure continuity of service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant experience in eCommerce, customer operations, or ERP-based order management may be considered in lieu of formal education.
