This leadership role will have the opportunity to execute client meetings and lead a team of financial retirement planners. The expectation will be to establish yourself as a top-tier sales performer in the first 12-month period, then you will assume management and leadership of your team. The base salary range for this role is $164,700 to $175,000 based on a full-time schedule. • Seeing patients across multiple offices in Washington, DC.

What you'll be working on:

• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Maryland, and/or Virginia, and/or Washington, DC
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
