The E-commerce Manager will take ownership of day-to-day marketplace execution while leading an overseas team and ensuring all strategies and SOPs are implemented effectively from start to finish.

We’re seeking a Supply Chain Manager to help drive our international supply chain operations as we scale. The Production Manager provides managerial oversight in the grower processer facility and reports to the Operations Director. The Production Manager is responsible for the departmental success of both the Post Harvest and Non-Flower Packaging areas of the operation. The Fulfillment Inventory Technician (Vault Tech) will be responsible for picking and packaging orders for the drivers and deliveries as well as intake for finished products in the grow/processing facility.
Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Perform counts and Quality checks to ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy

We are looking for an Environment Controls Lead who will report to the Environmental Controls Manager. With the guidance from the Environmental Controls Manager, lead other department associates and perform routine and preventative maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, commissioning and repair to HVAC and Agriculture Control Systems. Troubleshoots and resolves HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing problems. Provides and tracks documentation of system equipment and environmental conditions. Responds to emergency service needs in a timely manner. Performs point to point verification on field wiring at times and not limited to troubleshooting, repairs and replacements. Coordinates contractors ensuring minimal operational impacts.
Responsibilities- Performs system diagnostics, testing and commissioning from multiple Building Automation systems
- Performs Routine and Preventative maintenance service activities to ensure optimal performance
- Ability to diagnose, repair and replace control components and controls systems
- Fluid understanding of HVAC and Electrical systems
- Ability to interpret line diagrams and construction drawings
- Performs assigned work professionally and efficiently
- Interfaces with all internal departments and external vendors on system activities as required. Reporting any issues to Management immediately
- Ability to utilize computers and 'front end' automation access points
- Other tasks assigned
- Planning, delegation, communication, and time management skills are required.
- Some schooling or prior experience in HVAC, electrical, and/or IT preferred

Environmental Factors:
This position requires working in an environment that has a high amount of plant matter and pollen. Areas of the facility reach high/low temperatures with high humidity levels. Employees may have exposure to conditions such as dust, plant matter, and particles that affect the respiratory system, eyes, or skin, depending on department job assignments. Employees are required to wear protective gear and have the option to wear eye and ear protection. Certain areas of the facility use harsh chemicals for cleaning such as bleach and can have repetitive movements. Employees should be comfortable and capable of working under all of the above conditions.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50lbs
- Capable of sitting, standing kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods of time
- Capable of using hands and fingers to touch, handle, feel and pick
- Ability to work with hazardous chemicals (butane, propane, etc.) following strict safety guidelines

The Opportunity
As a Per Diem Float Medical Receptionist, internally known as a Flex Member Support Specialist (Casual), you will be an ambassador for patients in office, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You are the steward of the space and ensure the look and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medical experience. You will be the first point of contact for patient feedback, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or in office providers. Our Flex Member Support Specialists (Casual) support multiple offices in a MSA.

What you'll likely work on:
- Use impeccable C-I-CARE (a framework containing the key elements of a great interaction and effective communication that we use with patients and each other) in all patient interactions and ensure a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake, same day schedule management, appropriate follow up scheduling, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary
- All front of house duties including check in/check out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork tasks, prepping tests, tasking to service level expectations etc
- Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, participating in team problem solving, supporting in office providers with ad hoc asks, etc.
- Master our technology suite including but not limited to Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and our Electronic Medical Record System 1Life, in order to interact with team members and patients and complete daily work
- Perform opening and closing duties/daily office upkeep as required, including maintaining the look and feel of both patient and employee facing spaces, restocking supplies, and organization

What you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles

Competitive salary: the base pay for this position is $20.50
This is a Casual role, working 0-23 hours per week, based in-person with our team and patients at offices in Englewood, CO and Littleton, CO. Our Flex Member Support Specialists (Casual) lend support to multiple One Medical locations in a MSA. Office location and schedules are subject to change.
Please note that, except where required by law, employees working under 24 hours per week are not eligible for paid holidays, sabbatical, health and disability benefits, or 401k.
Physical Demands: Mostly sedentary work duties require exerting up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or small amounts of force frequently. Sedentary work typically involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
