We seek an experienced Senior Product Developer to join our amazing Blue Marble Product Development team in beautiful Ashland, Oregon. The Product Developer captures the product vision, gathers legal and IP feedback, and ensures approval of concepts before moving forward with the product. They manage the product through the product development life cycle to generate all marketing materials and packaging for the product, product samples for testing and photography, product cost engineering and details for operations set-up and ultimately lead delivering the product to market.

Primary Responsibilities

• Must be able to lead toy products through the entire lifecycle from early concept to launch by working closely with the creative teams and other business stakeholders to execute product opportunities & develop product tech packs.
• Maintains Product Specifications, Bill of Materials and Tech Packs on all Products to ensure products are engineered to cost standards.
• Must be able to manage, track, & communicate progress across departments.
• Provide leadership and direction to overseas manufacturers to achieve product goals.

Brooksource is supporting a major integration initiative involving the onboarding of a recently acquired business onto an existing enterprise platform. As part of this effort, all net-new reporting will be built using Power BI, while existing reporting in Tableau, Business Objects, or OBIEE will be lightly supported to ensure consistent data flow. This developer will support the reporting workstream tied to the acquisition, operating within a structured waterfall methodology and leveraging Lean Spec documentation.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer who can independently design, build, and deliver enterprise-level reporting solutions as Brooksource supports our client’s integration initiatives. This consultant will own Power BI development end-to-end and help guide best practices, as Power BI is a growing platform within the environment. The role involves close collaboration with business pods, technical leads, and integration teams to translate requirements into reliable reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports based on documented Lean Specs
• Convert business requirements into structured reporting deliverables within a waterfall framework
• Leverage existing data pipelines to expose required fields and build accurate, meaningful reporting
• Provide light support for existing reporting in Tableau, OBIEE, or Business Objects (data flow inspection, filter checks, troubleshooting)
• Participate in SIT and UAT cycles to validate reporting output and ensure successful rollout
• Provide best-practice guidance on Power BI architecture, data modeling, and visualization standards
• Collaborate with BAs, engineering leadership, and business stakeholders throughout development cycles

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, including:
• DAX
• Power Query
• Data modeling (star schemas, semantic modeling)
• Report/dashboard development
• Strong SQL and data environment understanding
• Experience working in structured SDLC environments (waterfall preferred)
• Ability to work independently and own reporting deliverables
• Strong communication and ability to interface with both technical and functional teams

Preferred Experience

• Tableau, Business Objects, or OBIEE exposure (for minor support, not full development)
• Experience supporting enterprise system integrations or acquisition-related reporting
• Familiarity with Oracle R12 or similar ERP data structures

Job Summary:

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for underwriting complex low-income housing tax credit projects with sophisticated developer and investor partners, driving deals through the closing process, managing and coordinating Credit Committee memos, and providing in-depth analysis of key diligence items to recommend actions to the Committee and Risk Officer. In this process, the Senior Account Manager performs an unbiased evaluation of transactions, structuring tax credit investments, measuring the risks, and identifying mitigants associated with these transactions. As AVP of Training, this role plays a primary role in guiding accounts management colleagues in LIHTC underwriting concepts and financial modeling, both through formal training and informal consultation.

Essential Job Functions:

Function/Responsibility -

As part of underwriting assigned proposed tax credit investments:

•      Understands all facets of the deal, including but not limited to guarantor review, income and expense analysis, financial underwriting, and due diligence review
•      Facilitates due diligence collection and review
•      Joins and is an active participant in closing calls to maintain the closing timeline
•      Prepares and presents the Investment Memo package – including narratives, descriptions, risks and mitigants, and other ad hoc analyses illustrating pertinent aspects of the investment – for internal approval at various times during the closing process
•      Owns the financial model throughout the closing process, including the maintenance of yield from LOI through Closing
•      Identifies and elevates risk items or changes to the Originator, Risk Officer, or other parties affected by changes, and identifies mitigants
•      Provides regular updates with AVP of Accounts Management regarding deal underwriting progress, including status of closing checklist review, review of due diligence materials, transaction timing, and problematic issue identification and resolution to assist in the management of the closing pipeline
•      Collaborates with Originator to enable coordinated communication with Developer partners using a positive and proactive approach that will foster long-term positive relationships.
•      Ensure that OCCH’s underwriting guidelines are met on each transaction
•      Leads transition to Construction and Asset Management
•      Assists in conducting LIHTC underwriting and structuring trainings to the Acquisition team based on a program schedule created by the AVP, Accounts Management, with input from the EVP, Acquisitions, EVP, Capital Markets, and Chief Risk Officer
•      Assist the AVP, Accounts Management in identifying gaps in the account management process and procedures and recommend improvements
•      Review and help refine OCCH methodologies for underwriting, including guarantor and OPEX analysis

Education / Certifications:

Work Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of direct experience in affordable multifamily housing.
• Experience with complex mixed-income transactions utilizing tax-exempt bonds, LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing finance tools. Comprehensive knowledge of the LIHTC Program, commercial real estate development, corporate and partnership legal and taxation issues.
