We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house creative team at our Holmdel, NJ headquarters. This role will work directly with our Head of Creative (Director of Marketing) and our Content Creator / Social Media Manager to produce visually compelling graphics that bring our brands to life across digital and physical platforms.

Role Overview


As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating bold, engaging visual assets that support marketing, social media, retail sales, and brand campaigns. Your work will help shape how millions of consumers experience our brands both online and in stores.


You will play a key role in ensuring that all creative work reflects the fun, nostalgic, and energetic personality of Iconic Candy.


Key Responsibilities


Creative Design & Brand Development

  • Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, reels, and digital campaigns
  • Develop creative assets for advertisements, promotional campaigns, and influencer collaborations
  • Create engaging product visuals, lifestyle graphics, and brand storytelling elements
  • Help evolve and maintain the visual identity of multiple candy brands


Marketing & Sales Materials

  • Design sell sheets, retailer presentations, marketing decks, and trade show materials
  • Create graphics for Amazon listings, website content, and e-commerce platforms
  • Produce retail merchandising materials including displays, POS graphics, and promotional signage
  • Design email marketing visuals and campaign graphics


Content Collaboration

  • Work closely with our Content Creator to develop graphics that enhance video and social content

Production & Execution

  • Prepare production-ready files for print, packaging, and digital platforms

What you'll do:

  • Provide care for acute medical concerns as well as offering same-day and next-day access to patients with time-sensitive needs–without having your own patient panel
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings (after 5 p.m.) and weekends, as our clinics operate 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. 365 days per year

40+ hours a week guaranteed, locations to vary, however the same days off will be pretty consistent. Most of the shifts you work will be over night grave shifts , some of them will be swing and occasionally we will ask you to work days. 1st Year Hourly Pay: $30.00 + $1.00/hour (uniform maintenance) = $31.00/hr

Job Description: Our Flex Officers are trained to work at every job site within SGT. This includes working mobile vehicle patrol. We depend on our Flex Officers to work a job site whenever there is a call off or a fire watch. Typical job site locations would be; San Francisco, Berkeley, Redwood City, Fremont, San Jose, Mountain View, etc.

The mobile vehicle patrol aspect of this job will have you driving all of the Bay Area in a marked security vehicle (picked up in Newark CA), which is usually a black Ford Explorer with light bar and spotlights. Officers visit many different properties throughout each night. Typical mobile patrol duties are to look for anything unusual, enforce parking rules, scan checkpoints, write detailed reports w/pictures, and respond to calls for service like an alarm or noise complaint.


Summary: Essentially we depend on our Flex Officers for just about everything. We are still a startup company so you must be "ALL IN" on this opportunity, which simply means you are dedicated to do whatever is needed to take care of our clients. Normally we work 8 hour shift, however sometimes this means working 12 hour shifts and working extra days to help cover open shifts. However, our goal is for everyone to be able to make great money and not have to work overtime on a regular basis.

Once a Flex Officer has been shown to be proficient at all SGT job locations, that officer may be promoted to Supervisor and a $2/hour increase in pay. Supervisors are then groomed to become managers.

Key job responsibilities
- Work with a strategic Generative AI ISV partner to define and execute joint sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) programs.
- Serve as a key member of the Partner and Business Development teams in executing the GTM across AMER.
- Engage assigned Generative AI partner field sales organizations, channels and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS.
- Create a strategic partner development plan for the assigned Generative AI partner, and ensure it's in line with the overall AWS Generative AI strategy. This includes developing detailed partner plans to manage and track the progress of partner organization and achievement against partner goals.
- Set and manage revenue targets and work with the partner and AWS sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals.
- Manage and close a pipeline of relevant customer opportunities associated with assigned Generative AI partner.
- Work with the Generative AI team to execute the strategic business plan by engaging key internal stakeholders (e.g. solutions architects, services teams, marketing, PR, legal, support, etc.).
- Work closely with Generative AI partners’ customer base to ensure they are successful using AWS services.
- Establish AWS as the Generative AI partners’ preferred cloud computing platform across all product and service lines.
- Understand the technical requirements of our Generative AI solution providers and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings and joint partner solutions.
- Work with CRM systems, data warehousing and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics for tracking purposes.
- Prepare and give business quarterly business reviews to the senior management team.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group.

-Collaborate with partners for build, market and co-sell activities to drive the efforts outlined in the partner plan.
-Lead regular cadence with key stakeholders to drive partner activities.
-Facilitate cross-functional meetings with other AWS GTM teams to review partner initiative progress, address challenges and new initiatives/actions based on the partner feedback.
-Analyze partner performance metrics and prepare MBRs, 2x2 for leadership review. Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
-Manage stakeholder communications, and provide guidance on GenAI initiatives as needed.
-Stay on top of market development happening in GenAI domain.
