Role Overview


As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating bold, engaging visual assets that support marketing, social media, retail sales, and brand campaigns. Your work will help shape how millions of consumers experience our brands both online and in stores.


You will play a key role in ensuring that all creative work reflects the fun, nostalgic, and energetic personality of Iconic Candy.


Key Responsibilities


Creative Design & Brand Development

  • Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, reels, and digital campaigns
  • Develop creative assets for advertisements, promotional campaigns, and influencer collaborations
  • Create engaging product visuals, lifestyle graphics, and brand storytelling elements
  • Help evolve and maintain the visual identity of multiple candy brands


Marketing & Sales Materials

  • Design sell sheets, retailer presentations, marketing decks, and trade show materials
  • Create graphics for Amazon listings, website content, and e-commerce platforms
  • Produce retail merchandising materials including displays, POS graphics, and promotional signage
  • Design email marketing visuals and campaign graphics


Content Collaboration

  • Work closely with our Content Creator to develop graphics that enhance video and social content
  • Collaborate with the Head of Creative on larger brand campaigns and product launches
  • Assist in designing graphics that support TikTok, Instagram, and viral marketing initiatives


Production & Execution

  • Prepare production-ready files for print, packaging, and digital platforms
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives

Qualifications


  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience

40+ hours a week guaranteed, locations to vary, however the same days off will be pretty consistent. Job Description: Our Flex Officers are trained to work at every job site within SGT. This includes working mobile vehicle patrol. We depend on our Flex Officers to work a job site whenever there is a call off or a fire watch. Typical job site locations would be; San Francisco, Berkeley, Redwood City, Fremont, San Jose, Mountain View, etc.

The mobile vehicle patrol aspect of this job will have you driving all of the Bay Area in a marked security vehicle (picked up in Newark CA), which is usually a black Ford Explorer with light bar and spotlights. Officers visit many different properties throughout each night. Typical mobile patrol duties are to look for anything unusual, enforce parking rules, scan checkpoints, write detailed reports w/pictures, and respond to calls for service like an alarm or noise complaint.


Summary: Essentially we depend on our Flex Officers for just about everything. We are still a startup company so you must be "ALL IN" on this opportunity, which simply means you are dedicated to do whatever is needed to take care of our clients. Normally we work 8 hour shift, however sometimes this means working 12 hour shifts and working extra days to help cover open shifts. However, our goal is for everyone to be able to make great money and not have to work overtime on a regular basis.

Once a Flex Officer has been shown to be proficient at all SGT job locations, that officer may be promoted to Supervisor and a $2/hour increase in pay. Supervisors are then groomed to become managers.


Job Duties Including But Not Limited To:

  • Drive from property to property in a marked security vehicle.
  • Post check security officers for well being and uniform inspections.
  • Train security officers on post orders and standard operating procedures.
  • Work post sites when officers are late or call off.
  • Answer phones and dispatch the officers in the field for service calls.
  • Respond to service calls.
  • Walk around the property checking areas of interest from Client.

Our Austin Office is excited to be looking for a motivated Structural Engineers to join our team! You'll be able to choose your career path in a dynamic, growing office, with the support and backing of a large, national firm. We are looking for a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas with a solid technical background and a team-oriented mentality.

Education/Qualifications:

BS Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures.
PE License in Texas.
5+ years full-time experience in Structural Engineering.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.
Strong understanding of structural engineering mechanics and behaviors.

Reporting to the Art Director, the Creative Design Intern will be a contributing member to Lake & Skye’s creative team throughout the Spring and Summer 2026 season(s). Your responsibilities will include:


Key Responsibilities:

Social Asset Design

  • Be the leading force behind our graphics on Instagram: including our continuing monthly intention and new moon series.
  • Aid in maintaining color-blocked grid on Instagram assets through retouching and color adjustments of assets
  • Continue to create new Instagram story templates for Social/PR/Marketing team on Canva that align with new brand guidelines.


Retailer & PDP Support

  • Help align and create updated visuals for all retailer PDP pages to align with our evolved brand guidelines and well-being forward visuals.
  • Create updated and elevated banners and collection page assets for Amazon.
  • Help aid in building out updated visuals for all pages across Shopify.


Email & SMS Design

  • Primary creative hands on SMS and Email campaigns for .
  • Build email campaigns from approved creative assets in Klaviyo for digital send out.


Shoot Support

  • Provided secondary support on-set for campaign shoots, including capturing BTS content for social.


Adapt to Creative Feedback

  • Work collaboratively to incorporate feedback and make design revisions, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are consistently met.


Support Concept Development

  • Contribute to the development of visual concepts across various projects, working closely with full team to enhance Lake & Skye’s brand storytelling and campaign narratives.


Ongoing Trend Research

  • Stay aware of industry trends within graphic design, packaging, photography/launch campaigns, visual merchandising, and product design/accessory development (i.e. Rhode lip gloss phone case).


Server Organization

  • Help maintain healthy server organization as new assets are delivered.
